The device is not suitable for those new to android boxes, it comes with no instructions, DroidBox direct you to uTube videos which are of no use and they charge you £5 for the privilege of returning it (and return postage costs you £11). I have been taught a salutary lesson not soon forgotten thank you Droidbox.

Recently purchased a MXQ PRO Chinese box from the second i opened the parcel i had problems with it Freesing wouldnt connect to wifi then it bricked... Was not happy so i shopped about and found reviews on a box a 'droidbox' so i sent them an email, within 2 hours the had replyed answering all of my questions !! Very supprised as im STILL waiting for a reply from the mxq seller!! So i bought one .. It came next day.. £103 for box and game pad and its worth every penny! Works well with everything ive thrown at it so far emulators (snes,genisis,psx,n64) all ive tryed so far! Even works with xbox360 wireless dongle and 4 controllers! So happy with this box thank you droidbox! 10/10

I got no help after my purchase. When I made enquiries on registering I was told to "follow us on Facebook". Not a good response after spending over £112.00 on something. Not sure if I can recommend buying this item..

Good quality build android box. Set up a bit "hit and miss" but help section on website was exceptional. I had the box up and running with no further problems. I highly recommend Wookie as a TV build. It has every conceivable 'Add-on' available for an enjoyable viewing experience.

This box is amazingly fast, comes already rooted & has a great array of pre-installed apps . You simply cannot get a better box at this price. Would highly recommend & will be getting another pretty soon!

Brilliant box, does so much that it's bound not to be to easy. Still trying different things. Went for this after I bought one made in China, it never worked and got extremely hot, don't be tempted by cheap. This box is well made and a quality item. I can't praise it enough.

REFURBISHED Rii i25
I purchased the droidbox T8s plus box on Monday 7/3/16 and found out very quickly that this is the best box on the market I am so pleased I purchased another on the 13/3/16 . it is easy to use and packed full of great content , the best box ever and the fact that you can add a hard drive inside the box makes it a very tidy box. I will tell anyone I can about this box.

Build quality great, functions as expected. Not really for the feint-hearted as it's cetainly not an off-the-shelf-and-go solution, you need to tinker to get the best results. But there is plenty you can tinker with! A great geeks play thing.

WD 1TB 2.5 inch SATA Internal Hard Drive - Blue
Only takes 10mins to install. Little fiddly with the screws but still relatively easy. The hardest part is formatting it in openelec so the box recognises the HDD. Plenty of advice on how to do support.

Yes It's great product but same time setting wise it's too much.
It's not simple to use also company should print out How to set up specially Kodi and Openelec Kodi manual. There so many videos but print out is more handy.
