Little or no help around if like me your over fifty and don't have much of a clue. I suspect anyone under 30 would find it a breeze,if you've grown up with smart phones and everything android.
Make sure you have a very good internet connection before you purchase,or you'll be swearing a lot.

I would give this box 5 stars all day long , has everything you could ever need and better than any of that fake crap you could end up with from ebay, it is fast and easy to use added bonus is being able to install a hard drive upto 2tb which has come in very handy, customer service is A1 and has all the tools you need built in to restore if needed best box I have ever owned. it may cost a little more than the ones off ebay but it is not a fake from china and it does what it says it does , overall excellent product I have purchased 2 of them from droidbox.co.uk

I have used a couple of Android / Media Centres over the years and I have to say this by far the best I have ever used. It has everything under one roof... the fact you can fit a SSD disk is the icing on the cake for me. The hardware is extremely fast and the interface is slick. I am loving the OpenELEC version of Kodi its a very nice touch.
Every file I have thrown at this box has been played with ease, can connect to my content hosted on my NAS with ease. You do have to invest a little bit of time to setup the box how you want it, but once done you can sit back and enjoy a world of content for FREE.
So much power in such a little box, I also purchased the VIP remote and have to say once you program a few buttons this is also a great bit of kit.
Its also nice to know I have first class support available should I need it too. Don't think I will buy kit from another supplier again.... DroidBOX for the win !
