I purchased this remote simply because its a complete pain when using the standard ir remote to type anything in,i.e repo addresses and such like and let me tell you ,it's well worth it.
The air mouse takes a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it you discover things that the standard remote just can't do and best of all,I got it for 99p when I purchased a t8s with the £15 off remote offer.

Having previously a cheaper version I found the t8 S plus far exceeds my expectation. I must say I had to deal with customer services for a trial matter and have to say it was resolved in two days that was box going back and replaced. Excellent customer services

I'm glad I ought this android box because most things I want are already preenstaled, which is great as I am not the best techie. I have watched a few movies and sports channels which is why I bought it for. The only problem I have is my internet speed is very poor at the moment, 1.4 Mbps.which limits what I can do with the box.fiber has been promised for my area soon so I'm sure the box will be brilliant when that happens. The first thing to do is install wookie wizard and then you will be up and running in no time. So if you want tv from all around the world without paying super expensive sky and Bt and all the other pay tv providers then it's a no brainer get yourself a Droidbox.

Arrived very promptly following order. Initial installation extremely easy BUT an issue whereby 'box' could not 'see' my wifi, support said speak with ISP about upgrading the wifi router. Not the best of answers since the router has 'shown' to many different devices and OS so still to be resolved - went for the ethernet connection instead.

I am a complete novice to the tech world and I'm struggling with setting my box up. There seems to be a complete lack of guidance for people in my position. I have followed the few instructions there were but without success. Do I have to load everything up myself and if so how to I go about it. Your sales description made it all sound so easy and I thought that I might be able to do without my sky package, please help!!

So once you've set up (easy if you have any computer, tv, Internet, DVD, experience.... Then it's just a case of visiting the Droidbox forums for Internet searches for the best app's to use..

Bought as a gift for dad as he had a fire stick with kodi on but the picture was crap due to no processor to help the images.
Initially installed wookie but loads of dead links so reset 4 times as part of initial set up. Found some help with channels on u tube and sent up about 10 channels for simplicity for Dad.
He loves it. HD quality and not having to rummage around all the dead links. Really worth the money abiet you do need a bit of trial and error. I will be buying another :)
