Good customer service is rare. Droidbox is one of the exceptions. Whether it's by email or through 'chat'. The support team responds quickly and expertly having solved any problem I have had. Well done Droidbox keep up the great work.

Great box easy to set up worth every penny

Have had a few teething issues which are mainly due to my unfamiliarity with Andoid etc but the product is great and support responsive so would happily recommend, and have done so, and would buy again.

Fantastic piece of kit easy to use and great customer services

Just been talking to chap called Martin for some help ,what a diamond, run me through some stuff, never mentioned my grey matter and got me through problem.thanks for great product and great help

Hi I personally have not spent that much time on mine but have watched 2 or 3 film and a lot of music videos. I am very please with my purchased and look forward to all the other things I find on it.

Not brilliant, difficult to use, had over two weeks and still can not use it.
LAN line plug does not stay in unit, Setup DVD does not play.
Should have looked into it more before purchase.

I bought a T8 Open Elec from droidbox a few weeks back. As usual the service from Droidbox was second to none. From the moment I ordered the T8 (the device actually arrived the next day!) to setting it up was completely without issue.
Easy set up instructions make it more or less fool proof and the Droidbox Wizard gives you all the best addons instantly. No fiddly programming needed with this device.
I've purchased several devices from Droidbox and was using the Q7 without any problem until I saw this T8 as I needed another device for another room.
It definitely streams better and I have not yet experienced any buffering.
I have since purchased another T8 as a gift and again had the same high quality service I've come to expect from Droidbox. Next day delivery and easy set up.
Lots of people are selling similar boxes but I very much doubt that they could match Droidbox for easy set up, lightning fast delivery or after sales service.
The Droidbox forum is perfect for addressing problems or questions about any of their devices with lots of very knowledgeable people always ready to offer advice.

Excellent little gadget, just i wanted and the live chat help man Martin helped me brilliantly to set it up. Still discovering the vast amount of apps on the box! But found everything we want so far

The T8 Droidbox does everything it says and more. I am very satisfied.

Difference found in shipping costs and could use a simple Quick Start guide. I literally blundered my way through set up. Nothing said about ticking box to allow App updates etc. audio levels seem low. I it's performs reasonably well innSpain on 7Mb wi fi "n" link

Fantastic fantastic

Quick to take your money, not so quick ( don't) answer emails sent to them, wish I'd bought elsewhere.

Very pleased with my T8s, great service and support. If you are looking for an Android box then look no further.

Great product, does just what it says on the box. Great service. Should have made the move sooner.

The T8 is an excellent piece of kit and when i did have a problem the customer service team were very helpful and sorted the issue within no time

very,goodbox,easy,to,setup,anduse.very,happy,with,it.

I've had my DroidBox for about 3 weeks and so far so good. I am really pleased with the access to movies, box sets and sports. I have recommended it to friends and family.
