There is no instructions on how to use this box, You should not have to send in requests on how to use your Droidbox. How do people who do not have a computer manage

Excellent product and service. We live in a rural area with poor broadband and the box still functions superbly!! Have recommended to everyone I know.

Great product. As a non IT person, initial struggles to pick up all the aspects I wanted to however (and I feel I have only touched the surface) now works great. Would recommend to anyone with an element of IT knowledge.

I'm very happy with the box so far, I found the lack of set up instructions daunting, thank goodness for YouTube.

I am quite enjoying the new T8s box. I can definitely see it replacing my sky tv. There are times when the links do not play properly or the scripts fail but so far I have only been using it to watch movies and the occasional tv show but it does to seem the trick. When you stream live tv it does not seem the best of qualities but it is still pretty good.

I find difficult to navigate to find anything film or tv
And when I get one to load it needs adjusting to make it watchable
