As usual the device worked straight out the box with minimal adjustment. The larger antenna doesn't seem to improve on my previous T8 Mini box but still adequate. All in all a very good piece of kit at a fair price.

No problem with the product but i paid for next day delivery and it was three days later when got the box. I used chat to find out where it was and also WHY I was unable to track the product but this was unhelpful. I have bought quite a lot of stuff from you but this was a bit of an issue I'm afraid.

When you placed the order the device was on Backorder which means we was awaiting delivery of new stock. In this case it was our new model and we was waiting for the first batch to arrive. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

It would be great if you could fix your internal payment system that people don't have to go through Amazon pay.

Our payment system works but as stated on the Checkout page, the billing and shipping details must match otherwise the order will not work. If you wish to use different billing and shipping details, please use Amazon Pay.
