I truly love the tutorials. Chef Yener is amazing Cake Artist. The tutorials are presented extremely well with all the aspects and tricks that I suppose to know to successfully finish the cake. Since I am a beginner I need to practice more the basics technics of cake art. I am getting better in it watching the tutorials and I incorporated some of the parts of the cake creation into my cakes.
My only problem is I have to substitute some of the tutorial materials with one available in US and it can create performance issues. Also some tutorials are downloading very slowly on ipad.

Very well, I enjoyed all tutitorials, I am no baker by a long shot but as a chef, I enjoy the areas of working with pastillage because you do not see that kind of work hardly anymore unless it is overseas, and during a competition type environment, the Culinary Schools in general gives you a brief lessons on how to use pastillage and how to apply it , but with Yeners he explains each project in detail how and why to ,use the material in a certain way. excellent work I would like to see more of this type of instructions.
