Everything arrived quickly and in great condition! The instructions on the website helped me know how to care for the plants. And I really appreciated the bonus (free) gift of three tillandsia!

I have had the best time learning about my Air Plants. Like me they are not especially sophisticated but simply beautiful by being what they are. As I find the setting for each one I try also to keep in easy and not detract from the plants beauty and originality. I've blessed several of my friends with plants and they are amazed at how easy it will be to take care of them. I'm grateful to have found your website, I love the inspiration you've provided me!

Service was great. I think 2 of my plants might not make it, but fingers crossed. It was extremely cold the day they were delivered, and items were packed well.

Excellent experience! Plants were promptly shipped and arrived quickly even during the Christmas time rush. The plants are beautiful, healthy, and have flowers ready to bud. I really like the more exotic air plants. So far, I’m very pleased with them!

Great customer service, all but one plant came as described I believe the cold trip may have contributed to this. They were quick to send out a replacement plant. I will be ordering again.

I've been using Air Plant Design Studio for a couple of years now and they always send beautiful, healthy plants.
We had one mishap, since I always seem to order in late fall, where the plants turned brown soon after arrival. The company replaced them immediately after I sent them a photo. It was obvious that the plants had been subjected to freezing temperatures in the mail system.
