Very happy with this purchase of premium air plants. Well packaged and arrived quickly. I received the larger size plants with minimal blemishes I requested.

Yet again, you send me a few plants in the collection of plants that have blackened bottoms on the leaves. It is only a few days and they have finished dying when they arrive with their bottom ends black. Overwatering? They arrived within two or three days from FL so it is not their time in the box that is killing them. They are already dying when they are put into the box. When I buy a large group of plants on your special deals, I feel I am getting my money's worth. They are good deals and it is nice to enjoy the savings. Just please stop putting plants in the box that have the leaves blackened at the bottom. Those are overwatered dying plants. This is not appreciated.

I have placed several orders now and am very happy with the quality and health of my plants when they arrive. On the occasion when the health of any plants have declined, Jill has kindly and promptly taken care of any replacements for me. I am very appreciative to have such a great supplier for my small business.

Everything is just beautiful except for one poor little plant.
I will send a separate email with a picture. Otherwise, all is great. I love them. I was surprused at the generous size of plants.
