Air plant is beautiful and seems to be happy. Although, we have not had a lot of sun lately. The packaging is awesome, and your communications communications are very good. I do with we got more detailed information on our specific air plants ordered however.

I had pre ordered the Christmas Tree and for a week it said it was still waiting in FL. The team was awesome and said if the tracking had not been updated and I had not received it the next day they would assume lost and send a new one. The next day they checked and status showed the same and with out me saying anything they shipped a new one and this one was delivered just fine and was beautiful. I did end up getting the first one and after the 10 + days sitting in FL there where a few that had died but the rest so far are OK. Great customer service.
