We ordered a fast bag system and the wrong harness was sent. We reached out to the company thinking they would correct their mistake by sending the correct harness and instead were told to cut the wires.

I dont understand your review here. its the same exact harness just with out the plug.. do you want us to cut the plug off and send you another harness? there is not harness that plugs into the fast bag valves. this is simply an extension a harness for the switch box. Which nobody else in the industries supplies. they usually leave it up to you to extend

In your kits the instructions are terrible and not even present. No step by step process or what hardware goes where? Absolutely no direction on how to install any of it. Just a stupid diagram that doesn’t even match the kit you get. Also you don’t even include all the wiring to complete the job. That is the thing that passed me off the most.. getting ready to ge the job done and you don’t even supply the kit with everything it needs get it done. I would never recommend this company to anyone or ever use you again.
