I am still waiting for instructions to install kit there where no instructions to install it I need instructions to install the pump and tank no plumbing or wiring diagram instructions are needed to finish installing the kit.

Im sorry the instructions were missing. We got your emails over the weekend. We are closed on the weekends. I responded to your email this morning with the wire and plumbing diagrams with in 45 min of us opening. We also have the diagrams on our website under instructions and diagrams. Ordered wrong management kit for my car and spoke to sales guy and he said he would email me some packages that would be a better fit for my vehicle and to send back the one I already received. Well I never received any of those emails or packages and it costed me $200 to send just a management kit back and I found a much much better deal on another site for better products. I still have not received acknowledgment of my returned packages yet like they say they do so now I’m worried about not being able to get a refund. We’ll see how this goes.

Hi Steven, Im sorry you had a bad experience. You called in yesterday and did not mention a word about being unhappy. You wanted to exchange your air management or return it for refund because you purchased the wrong kit for you tesla. We said no problem here is return info and gave you a no hassle return. So Im not sure exactly what went wrong in your eyes but I would love to know how we could have made your experience better.
We sent you 3 different quotes to the same email that was on your order. You didn't respond with any questions, so we refund your order. We just got the parts back 48hrs ago. You upset because you ordered the wrong thing and had to pay shipping to return it? We paid the shipping to you. We did everything we could to help you. You lack of communication or response should not reflect on us.
