So I ordered an airbag kit for my 06 Silverado 1500 went through the kit started the assembly process and noticed my pressure sensor was missing so I called them they sent me a new pressure sensor right away continue the install process and the bottom brackets that hold the airbags to the axle we're missing along with a handful of nuts and bolts reached out to them again they said they would send me the brackets and a new hardware kit got the brackets but no Hardware so I reached out to them one more time and I finally got the hardware kit yesterday 6/14 now mind you I ordered this kit around May 23rd

After an issue with shipping ( NOT THEIR FAULT) they responded promptly via text and also phone. They had a replacement order shipped out the same day and I had very little down time. There customer service is why I continue to purchase from them. I recommend anything they sell to my friends simply because of the customer service.

So far the product looks like it will work out great. I can't say how it performs because it isn't built yet.
