M2S customer support went above and beyond to help me. I was able to speak to a rep who was knowledgeable and spent time walking me through the process of fixing the minor issue I was having.

Cane Creek ThudBuster G4 ST Suspension Seatpost
Salesman checked that it was in stock, two days later it was on the bike and saving my back, one thud at a time.

Love my new All Terrain cargo E-bike! Received it within the the week that I ordered it. Out of the box and assembled in an hour, then I was off for my 1st 10 mile ride! Ride it daily to the post office to pick up lots of packages for my clients. Love how well it climbs my hills, even with a load. Excellent decision to spring for this!

Just what I wanted. Too bad there isn't a Step Thru version for my wife.

I've had 4 previous ebikes. This one blows them all out of the water. Got 100 miles in a week, I love it

Bike Fenders
As I said in a note to support (unacknowledged so far), there were no instructions in the package and the video clips do not cover it. Mounting the front fender was obvious and easy. The rear fender seems to want to be anchored to the seat post, but the clamp is too small.

Website was kind of clunky, but once I called and connected with Zach, things really smoothed out! Can’t wait to get this bike in the trails!

Adjustable Stem
The Adjustable stem made a big difference in my riding position. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to be a little more upright when riding.

Bike arrived quickly with no delays. I especially liked the idea that M2S uses a special courier to ensure safe delivery of my new bike. I also reached out to the tech support about a few questions i had and they were quick to respond. I love the 3" tires on this on this bike for maneuverability. However, the knobby tires on this bike are not the best. I wish the bike had tires with better grip and larger knobs for single track trail riding that intend to use it for.

Haven’t ridden it a whole lot since I purchased but do know it zips!
I’m a petite woman and is just the right size for me! It holds a charge pretty well! Love the options for headlight placement!
Would be nice if basket and back rack were white to match the bike!
