I ordered a bike & front basket at the beginning of March after many phone calls and emails I finally received the bike March 27th. According to your email both had been shipped. The front basket is yet to come in. I have called about it and was told it would be shipped out. It’s been paid for & never received. I don’t understand what the issue is this time. When I call your company everyone is nice so where is the problem?

Doug did an excellent job on getting us a car rack for our E-Bikes. We were waiting for one to come in from November 2024, and I called in February 2024 asking where this rack is. This was the first time I talked to Doug and he said that’s uncalled for. He ordered me a different rack and matched the price of the one originally ordered and I had it in three days! Thanks Doug!

I called to order a new shifter cable for my mountain bike. They said it was in stack and I should get in a week. It took 2 months to get the cable. It was the wrong one. It was to short. They didn’t even ask me the length of the cable. I ended up ordering one off Amazon.

I ordered the upgrade performance kit. It did nothing to the bike after install. I ordered this kit on 8/20/24 and it didn’t come to my house till January 2025. I will be sending it back! The mounting plate looked as if I made it at home. The plate was too wide and the screws they sent with it were way too short. This company has went way down since I bought my bike back in 2022.
