Originally thought it was going to be a good experience but after receiving a bike and extra battery damaged in multiple locations multiple ways and offered a $50 credit with a few minor replacement items that did not address all, I am extremely disappointed I am essentially left paying full price for a very expensive, very damaged item (bike and battery). Yes it functions but I could have purchased a functional bike for 1/3 the cost or less. I unfortunately cannot recommend this bike or company based on how it has been handled.

Summit FS the bike is great but customer service is terrible 4 months to get my bike and it shows up with no batteries lie after lie what a joke Riley is the worst customer service employee I ever talked to do better

I put money down in January,paid for it on March 15th the ad said early June delivery didn't arrive until July 22nd with no batteries. How do you sell a ebike with no batteries. Was told would be a week for batteries yet another lie. I also ordered accessories at time of purchase in March when delivery came in July it was shorted items.sent wrong items and told some items no longer available or on backorder (since March?) Terrible Customer Service what a joke do better all I have is a $4,000 paperweight

The salesman told me a fat tire wheel swap could be completed, then after some time of inactivity I checked in to when shipping would occur. I was informed that the wheel swap that I paid for couldn't be completed (different salesman). I agreed to take the bike with the 3" tires after receiving the wheel swap refund. I have had nothing but issues. The service department has been no help. They first stated that it was too hot out to ride the bike during a nation wide warm spell when I fact the temperature was a very pleasant 65°F where I was riding. They asked me to detune the the bike in the computer to help with the issue. Then have asked me to take the bike apart to diagnose the motor. I am not pleased with the bike or the customer service. Be warned, if you buy one of these bikes you are expected to be an experienced ebike mechanic. Good luck in your search.

My order experience was great. The bike I wanted out of stock so I called to see what the expected lead time was. I was ok with the wait as they were winter months.Made the purchase, my bike was delivered right on time. Assembly was straight forward and I was riding after a couple hours of battery charge. What a blast the Forrest Ridge FS is to ride. The weight took a little getting used to but the battery and gear ratios will get you over and through any terrain. Two thumbs up!

I have a M2S All Terrain with full suspension. Great bike.... Love the bike but my controller gave out so I ordered a new one from M2S and you sent me a 500 watt controller. Problem is My bike is a 750 watt. Can anyone help with this?

Was not good. The items I were sent both came damaged and or used. It was clear they were both thing to be covered up as black sharpie on a scratch doesn’t happen on accident and the other the sales man admitted it has diff screws in form and still wants me to pay full price. What a shame. We have 8 bikes in a group and the service I was given will scare anyone away from another

I received my HT all terrain fat tire in excellent delivered condition. The assembly of the bike was very simple and self explanatory. My first ride was exciting and wanted to test a 750W and was not disappointed! Love it the handling and hydraulic brakes were awesome to say the least. The overall finish is amazing (Black/gray). Thank you M2S staff and company for an incredible electric bicycle product. By the way this is my third electric bicycle. Rad Power and Trek. First two.

Rapid turnaround on a firmware issue, but clock not set to proper time. Too much effort? It cost me $45 between shipping and programming for a bike with less than 60 miles on it. Quality bike, but nickel and dime service.
