I purchased a bike the first week of August bc the site said it would ship within about 30 days and I planned to take it on a hunt in late september. It ended up taking over 2 months and I couldnt take the bike on the hunt (I would have purchased elsewhere). Then when installing the bike rack, two of the pre-drilled holes on the bike frame were out of spec or stripped and the rack is useless unless i spend the time to re-engineer it (time I dont have right now). For a $4k+ bike, I expect better quality control. Last complaint but not a huge issue was that there wasn't a single piece of instruction that came in the package. I had to reach out to find out installation videos are given via a link to their website. I'd recommend they put in a paper that says "all instructions are found here". Nice people working there, just need some better systems in place.

Ordered a bike online that showed in stock . Was told it wasn’t actually in stock and that the website was not correctly showing inventory . Took 3 1/2 weeks to get bike which was a bummer . All customer service interactions were very professional and timely . Other than the website inventory being incorrect and waiting so long to get the bike everything else was pleasant .

The mobile and online version are different and switching between was not easy. I couldn't find the accessories we wanted on the mobile site so had to switch for purchase. We signed up for the mobile and were promised a discount but that didn't transfer when we made the purchase online. The bike is great however!

Phenomenal customer service. Ordered a bike that was out of stock, but supposed to be in stock and shipped in time for me to make an elk hunt out west. Shipping got delayed so they were able to offer me a replacement bike that was delivered in time for my hunt. Bike worked great in the mountains. It actually has too MUCH power. Sean was the person who helped me and he was terrific. He answered lots of questions and was able to get everything taken care of. Overall, probably one of the best customer service experiences I ever had.
