Title: Terrible Quality and Nonexistent Warranty Support – Avoid M2S!

I am compelled to share my incredibly disappointing experience with M2S, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others considering their products. In one word: AVOID.

I purchased an electric bike from M2S with the expectation of a reliable and quality product. What I received was a nightmare from the get-go. The bike's supposed "mountain to sea" capabilities were a far cry from reality. Even on simple paved roads, the defects in this bike's quality became glaringly obvious.

From the very beginning, I faced issues. Flat tires plagued me relentlessly, rendering the bike almost unusable. What's worse, M2S simply shrugged off their responsibility, blaming the tire treads and refusing any assistance. It's clear they have no interest in standing behind their product's quality.

The brakes followed suit, failing within a mere 60 days. When I sought support, M2S's response was nothing short of an insult. They waved away my concerns as mere "wear and tear," denying coverage and leaving me to deal with the consequences.

The suspension system, touted as a feature, was a cruel joke. It was so low that the bike scraped the ground, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable riding experience. Despite being well within the warranty period, M2S's excuses flowed once more, blaming "wear and tear" rather than addressing the glaring design flaw.

To top off this miserable experience, M2S sent me the wrong replacement tire, and they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Not only did I have to deal with incorrect parts, but I also had to pay for their blunder. Their customer service was not only incompetent but openly dismissive.

Even more astonishing, when my bike's battery died, M2S shockingly claimed that my warranty was voided due to my dispute with American Express. Their lack of accountability and the way they dodge their responsibility is absolutely astounding.

In summary, M2S's quality is abysmal, their warranty support is nonexistent, and their customer service is infuriatingly unhelpful. I would never recommend M2S to anyone. This company's disregard for their customers and their products' quality is nothing short of shameful.

Do yourself a favor and save your money, time, and sanity. Avoid M2S like the plague and look elsewhere for a company that values their customers and offers products of actual quality.

The experience with the staff was great! They were courteous and prompt with fulfilling my order for my Stealth HT. I love my bike so far. It’s a beast and will go on the toughest terrain here in East Tennessee.

Jeff and all the staff at M2S have been amazing. My 2020 R750 AT has been suffering some motor/controller communication issues following and accident and Jeff has provided excellent support and I’m happy to report that the issues have finally been resolved and me and the bike are back on the trail.

Awesome buying experience! I had trouble with online ordering & everyone I talked to was very helpful! I left a couple of different messages & emails to call me to help with the problem & each of my calls & email was returned! Awesome customer service!

Also the chargers are shit and for some odd reason rarely charge the battery to full in the stated required time they say it should. This company refused to acknowledge their own faults. They pass the cost of their R & D on to the unlucky customer. I highly recommend going with another brand actually sold from a shop. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM M2S!

My bike just failed to work one day. No damage was incurred. It functioned all the way until I turned it off. I emailed customer service and they refused to do anything for me except for ask me to pay for shipping and a new faulty part. This company is absolutely shit. I had a display unit just crash on me for absolutely no reason and they refused to fix it unless I shipped it to the manufacturer (which is apparently not M2S) for a "firmware update." This problem is theirs and apparently mine now too. They refuse to remedy the situation. I have 10 friends who own these bikes. And several own more than one. Never have they had a display unit require a firmware update. The company refused my requests for a solution. The customer service was absolutely shit and I suspect most of the people grading this company well at 5 stars are bots or bitches closely related. I was never informed of a firmware update needed for my machine every year. They lie. They don't compensate. They divert the issue. Tell another lie. They treat their customers like shit. Fuck this company. Buy a real EV bike at an actual shop, not online. M2S is a scumbag company. Buy from anyone else. This brand sucks donkey balls. I would highly recommend purchasing your EV bike from anyone else. Seriously disappointed. They don't care about customer loyalty.

Bought two bikes. Had a problem with one, motor did not run, (engage). M2S staff looked into it, suggested turning out stop screw to brake cable, quarter of a turn out the bike worked! (The screw regulates when the motor turns off when pulling on brake handle). Hats off to the staff! Bikes are great!

Jeff was very helpful in getting my bike working again. Clear instructions with images to help me work out the problem, and then sent the part I needed immediately. The bike is working perfectly now! About 23 miles of errands, work, and fun yesterday.
