My experience so far is extremely mixed. The process of discussing the bike before my purchase was very smooth. I understood the recommendations of the sales agent I spoke to, and I was also able to very quickly speak with a live agent which is much appreciated. The only confusion from that experience was the weight capacity of the bike. I will be using my bike for some back country hunting. One agent told me 300 pounds or less recommended another told me 400 or less recommended. I would be under either in situation even with my camp and gun, but a consistent guideline would have been nice.
Now onto the bike ordering, delivery and first use. After I placed my order I was given shipping information with Old Dominion. After following the tracking link after a few days no order was populating in the Old Dominion system. I called the shipper and they also could not find my order. After that discussion I called M2S and it turned out my order was still sitting in the warehouse almost a week after ordering. No big deal and soon after I was given updated tracking information. After my follow up and updated tracking information the bike arrived relatively quickly with good communication from Old Dominion.
When the bike arrived, I had already watched the assembly videos and the bike went together exactly as shown in the videos. However, one of my tires must have been sitting for a while and it took several attempts to inflate and deflate the front tire before it would fit the rim properly.
A few days after I assembled the bike I was able to get it out for my first ride. I rode the bike to work and it was awesome, very smooth commute of about 5 miles. After my work day I rode the bike to a dinner and on the way home my bike went dead with no ability to turn the bike back on. Lets keep in mind that this was the first ride I took on a what is a $3000 bike that I had been in possession of for less than 3 days.
I spoke with M2S early the next morning to report the problem and worked through a few troubleshooting steps. The first recommendation was to try a new display and power switch. Jeff over nighted the part, much appreciated, and gave a try. The new display did not solve the problem. I got back on the phone several times to go over next steps and options.
This is where the issues truly became illuminated. My three options to fix the problem were to either agree to send my new bike to local bike shop to have them trouble shoot the issue with a new motor and other parts, go acquire a bike shipping box and arrange for freight with M2S to get the bike returned, or buy another bike have that one shipped and return the nonfunctioning bike on the back side. All three options would inconvenience me either by time, money outlay or both. I choose the bike shop option as it seemed to least inconvenient, but at this point I have extremely low expectations and am assuming I have basically wasted $3000 and at some point I may get a functional bike. The bike shop where my Ultra Ht is does not specialize in e-bike repair but Jeff had made contact with them seemed a little hopeful so fingers crossed. I am sure this will be a slow process and I do not expect to get my bike back anytime soon.
As it was explained to me, I would be fronting the cost of the repair and I would reimbursed on the backside. You could use the same argument given to me as to why I was not shipped a new bike to replace the non-functional unit. As the consumer I am expected to outlay money to fix an issue that should not be my responsibility to fix, and I am expected to have some belief that I will be reimbursed.

My first e bike. So far it's great. It was received in excellent shape, easy to assemble. Everything works as it should.

Firmware was updated on malfunctioning display unit. Device now works (the bike will turn on) however, M2S must expedite repairs under warranty. Waited 1 week for the prearranged USPS shipment that I had to dismantle and send to SC. The unit was promptly repaired but retuned via the same slow USPS ground that took 1 week to get to my AZ home.

So, happy with the firmware update repair. Not so happy with the cheap, slow mo shipping methods!
