Bike was delivered promptly and in great shape. Easy to assemble,1/2 hour. Rides light for a 63lbs. Stops easy with hydraulic disc brakes. Digital display is super easy to use, even for a old dude like me. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. It has been a pleasant transaction, nice bike/great price!

The web site was not the most user friendly, but once I called and talked with Zach - things went smoothly with questions answered accurately and completely. Looking forward to getting out on the bike!

I first saw M2S bikes out on the trails. I researched, and liked the quality. I called M2S, described my situation, and was helped to select a good model for me.
After the bike arrived, I had some operating questions, and M2S handled expertly.
I'm a happy M2S customer, and may call in the future for more helpful advice.
Thanks,
Pat McCormack

Buying bike was a pleasant and easy experience. The constant emails after sale are too much. Don't want to block but might have to.

My 2nd M2S bike! Loved the fat tire the first time around and will use it around town. But the newest purchase is the light weight carbon fiber frame with standard mtn bike tire. Already riding it into town in the snow to ski and can not wait to throw down on some angle track this spring and summer! Assembly was easy!

Well, strange review due to strange circumstances….but the ordering process was a breeze, my inquiries were addressed in a timely matter, I unfortunately had a bad accident 3 days after it was ordered, already shipped, so the Customer Service representative arranged the return …I made a mistake in returning it, shipping is not cheap but as soon as I’m able to ride I’m re ordering …..
