Waiting on a bike rack and helmet delivery before we truly test out the bikes on an adventure but, they rode great on a spin in the neighborhood.

I went with M2S largely because the customer service starting with sales and technical support were top notch. The bike didn't disappoint at all. At half the cost of the "well known" hunting brands, this thing is every bit the beast. My first ride hunting with all my gear on, I was braking more than pedaling. I'm looking forward to getting a trailer and really putting the Ultra to work.

I wish the Black Friday deals were customizable and not just clearing packaged inventory. I really wanted to upgrade the battery (from 20 to 25), but it wasn't allowed. And the website is not very informative and kinda clunky. I love the bike, but the purchasing process was pretty bad.

Everything is good. Order came promptly and was what I ordered except instead of a 16amp battery I got a 21amp great. Benjamin Davis

There were some parts missing from the pak rak brackets and bolts. No directions on how to install. I was able to buy metric bolts at homedepot

The tracking information and the information you gave me over the phone was really bad. Cannot track the bike delivery time.
