Great service getting me bike order processed and shipped out. I needed it on a shorter than normal notice and M2S delivered! It showed up at my door with a couple days to spare.

I purchased two all terrain cargo bikes with the 20ml battery. The performance of the bike is great. There were a few issues with the kickstand that could be fixed. It is only two inches from the ground. This is a hazard due to any roots, hump in the road, going over a curb. The kickstand hits everything. I spoke briefly with Shawn at M2S bikes about the issue. I am looking forward to a resolution to this problem, this is quite dangerous.

To many errors.
Placed order for 3 items , told one item not available. Told the other 2 would ship asap.
Then a few days later the 3 item became available. I paid for that , then told it would ship with other 2 items , which for some reason didn’t ship yet
Then a few days later I called and was told the first two items shipped without item 3 , then was told it would ship that day
Then all 3 arrived together.
I emailed and asked to speak to a manager, I only received a email with really only excuses.
Never received that call ..
