The M2Sae Scout was recommended by a friend that recently purchased one and we love them! We got two. They're perfect for what we need them for which is to leisurely ride them on different types of terrain. We have a huge hill and weren't sure if they would make it up but they do no problem. The one thing we did upgrade were the seats. We got some gel seats that make the ride that much more enjoyable.
One issue we had was that we had one bad battery. I talked to Shawn at M2Sea and he immediately fixed the situation.
I love that M2Sea is a smaller company and that I get to talk to an actual person that sounds like he knows the bikes well.

M2S immediately shipped the part I needed to repair my bike which allowed me to continue an Alaskan moose hunt rather than pack up early! Thank you M2S!

My bike was delivered in a timely and professional manner. The questions I had after receiving my bike were answered promptly. The suggestions on how to maximize the battery life were very helpful for my riding conditions.

Received my eBike and loving it. The bike has exceeded my expectations.

I pre-ordered cargo bike, it was shipped a couple weeks later than m2s expected ship date, no big deal. Box was kind of beat up but no damage to bike. Bike was fairly simple to assemble, and videos on line were very helpful. Love the bike, 5 stars for it. everything was put together properly and all components seemed good quality and worked ! I use the bike for deer hunting and it is great for me. The one thing I was disappointed with was the "lawyers " response to my question as to whether overnight in below freezing temps would harm the computer/display. "We do not suggest exposing our bikes to extreme temperatures for an extended length of time." extreme and extended are both subjective. winter temps here are rarely below 15 on the coldest nights, extreme to me would be below zero. Also, is 10 hours overnight "extended" or is 3 months of winter considered "extended"??. I know people that bring their Harley into their bedroom at night, but most people would keep a bike in their garage, mostly unheated. Not convenient to remove and replace display every day and every auto sold has numerous computers and display screens, so will take my chances with20-30 degrees overnight and remove it when I can no longer ride in winter and find out. If display should be removed each day it should quick connect to mount with electrical contacts like the fish finder on my boat. I think a printed owners manual would also be a nice touch.

Not happy with the way treated in payment and rebate deals. Was told I could only get 100 dollars back and then said after transaction was finished said I could have gotten 200. Talk is cheap watch what they say and make sure you have it writing. Told me debit would be mailed after I received shipment but now they say not applicable

Good people. They were helpful with my order. Actually returned phone calls. My bike is new with no issues. That being said I have a few buddies that bought bikes and if any issues/repairs that were needed M2S has been there to replace/repair. Great bike for price point.

The guys at M2S are awesome. Very helpful and just down right pleasant to deal with. I called several times to get information, cancel an order, and add items to a reordered bike and they were patient and accommodating every time. Got the Sport HT Stealth and it was delivered in perfect condition and went together in about 30 minutes. Bike functions flawlessly. Highly recommend M2S if you want a quality of product with an excellent team behind it.
