Yes. I encountered some problems with a component and the new replacement component allowed me to get the bike back into commission and working perfectly

I Ordered a Mozo shock. I got the email stating the order was made, but nothing else. After several weeks I called and found it it wasn't available. So you guys found a demo Mozo shock and shipped it that day. Thanks, but I should have been told earlier that the first order could not be filled in a reasonable time.

Experience was great although never received info about shipping and communication was poor on tracking. Customer service was exceptional when I called, just zero notifications on shipping and expected arrival. One other thing was one bike had a few scratches and was not put in box very well. Parts were all over and looked like the bike had been used. Not complaining, just telling you what my experience was. Love the bike, love the company. I can deal with minor issues!

Shopping was fine. But then next day after purchase, they sent me a $150 coupon for a new bike. Um a little late

Great service and friendly interaction every time I spoke with them.
I bought the high end All Terrain Ultra FS with the addition of the "Plastic" fenders and rear adjustable utility rack. My wife bought the All Terrain ST step thru design, which came with good fenders and a great rear Utility Rack.
But, I have given M2S bikes a 4 because of the attachments on my Ultra. The Utility rack is not big enough to adjust level and is flimsy on this bike and the "Plastic" rear fenders were zip tied to the rear rack.
M2S needs to work on improving their "After Market" attachments. What materials are used, and how they attach to these awesome bikes
The bikes themselves are FANTASTIC!

So glad I chose M2S to buy from. I bought the All Terrain Ultra FS. And a few extra items. Shipping was very fast. Love the bike and the great support I received. Customer service is better than stated in other reviews. A + all the way
