There have been too many issues: headlight that quit working, rust on the crank, the broken off battery holder, a weekly - tighten bolts on the bike routine, a shock that loosen itself out (very scary!), 1200 miles - replace the rear brake, inaccurate speedometer . . . 1500 miles seems low to have to replace the tires, the previous bike I rode for 2 years and probably 3000 miles with a 2" wide tread is maybe half worn.

I ordered the Ultra FS 1000W. It is awesome.
Here's my background. I am age 42, 6 ft tall and 188 Lbs. I am a 100% rated disabled Veteran due to injuries. I've had multiple surgeries, 3 of which the doctor was flown from California to Seattle to work on me. My core strength and balance is great due to VA and PhysicallyTherapy. I still have a hard time walking a distance due to groin injuries. Both knees have blown out, ripped pectoralis major, broke both hands, cracked cheekbone and sternum.
I bought this bike to help me take my 11 month son on rides and get him out. I pull a Burley D'Lite kid cart behind the bike.
Hands down this bike is awesome. I now have 22.0 miles on the bike with no issues. Battery reads 51% remaining. I bought the 25Ah bike package. I use the thumb assist a lot, so I don't have to peddle as much.
This bike is perfect for us.
My wife just ordered herself the same bike today but with the 19Ah.
Will be ordering a back rack and fenders next.

Only gave 4 star's because I ordered a display sent pics of numbers on back waited over a month to get the wrong one tried to get me to order another wrong one but finally listened to me and having to wait another month for the one I need. The bikes delivery experience was great. The bike is fun. However my brother and I both ordered the same bike (same price) and he was sent a bigger battery with his. Not sure as what the sizes are as they don't say anywhere on them but it clearly is a bigger battery. He gets way more range on a charge with his bike then I do. It's also visually bigger. This has me wondering if I even received the upgraded 19.2 amp hr battery I paid for and not the standard 16amp hr that comes with the all terrain ht . apart from that the tires are not the juggernauts like shown with pictures. This is understandable with supply shortages but the battery really is a let down in my opinion. Its like the luck of the draw I guess.

Great service all in all, but on the one bike we ordered that was pre-ordered, there could’ve been a little bit better communication because on the pre-order they said One thing but then it took me calling them to find out when the order was going to actually be filled two weeks later I got notice that they are being shipped. It would’ve been nice if there was some kind of communication from the company on that part.
