My E-bike was delivered right to my work by Kitzuma and the delivery guy (Jeff) was very cool and very professional . He put on the peddles and put a little air in front tire after removing all the shipping safety packaging. This was in early/mid June. I've since put about 150 miles on it commuting to work and just cruising around town. It's been a game changer for me as I do not own a car. I'm 63yrs old and my legs / knees were taking a beating on a regular bike. I feel so much better when I think about running errands with this bike as opposed to CRAP I just don't feel like peddling way over there. The only issue I seem to be having is from the start, my front break seemed to make a bit of a grinding noise when I'm close to a dead stop. (it just sounds a little off) and more recently my rear break is fairly noisey/ squeaky towards the the tail end of coming to a complete stop. I might talk to Tech-Support or just take it to my local bike shop. Either way, I would and will recommend M2S to anyone looking for an E-bike.

The on-line content, as well as on-line ordering, were just as needed. I have yet to have to call for any customer service support, which means all has been smooth with the arrival, setup, and subsequent use of my new bike. My only reason for 4 stars is that there was no communication from MS2 on when my bike would ship or deliver until I actually heard from the local LTL trucking company about scheduling delivery to my house.
