Could've been a better experience if M2s responded to communications in a timely fashion.

This is a great fat tire e bike for the money. The only thing I would change is tighten the chain up a bit. Getting a whole lotta chain slap going over small bumps.

While everyone that I talked to was professional and courtious, there were several questions left unanswered.

Shocked that you did not take the time to make a valued customer happy with their purchase… The fact that the charger died just over 1 year is appalling that you could not replace it.

Great interaction with Jeff. He was informative and professional. I got a couple bikes for my wife and I. We are getting hitch and rack, and can’t wait to enjoy our new M2S e-bikes.

The one of the bikes I had ordered, didn't come in on the shipment received. However, a substitute comparable was offered. Appreciated the customer service in an attempt to satisfy the customer.

Top Notch! Respectable company to work with. Purchased my bike couple weeks ago in July 2022. Arrived quickly. I cross threaded one pedal during assembly, totally my fault. I reached out for a solution and M2S offered to send me a new crank shaft free of charge. Kudos on the customer service. Top notch! Love the bike. Totally fun experience being my first E-Bike.

Overall a good quality product and good communication. Make sure of the bike you want before you buy it. You don’t get to try it out and then return it with no questions ask. Should the bike. It work for you will will take a big financial hit to try and return It. Return shipping will cost you 200$ Or more to send it back. Then they will “ evaluate “ how much they will give you back. you will not get full retail that you paid. I won’t be buying any further products. I will buy from a big name dealer who is either local or has a favorably return policy… no way you can try it out and then say it didn’t work for me it’s now used ! . So how do you try a new bike out and it still be new ?? Ride in the living room of your house … come on man return policy is a joke !
