I rarely give a 5 star rating, so keep that in mind. To me that reflects something truly exceptional. However, this four star rating reflects pretty good customer service and a great product at the price point.

I did my research and decided to go with these bikes based on the components. The air fork, the hydraulic disc brakes, the Shimano shifting and the American Company. Yes, you actually talk with American employees but the bikes are still made in China. At this price point, I don't think you can go all American.

Purchasing the bikes there was good communication; although our order did get a little sideways in that they initially were shipping one bike in the wrong frame size. I caught that immediately in the shipping notification and it was corrected before the bikes actually shipped, but it caused a 48 hour delay. Not a big deal.

The bikes arrived, and the setup and operation videos are great. I literally set both bikes up in probably under an hour. The only upgrade I added was the 19.2 amp hour battery. So far, that battery lasted me 60 miles on the first full charge and I weigh 225 lbs and have the large frame 4.5 inch tires. I'm impressed with that. My much lighter wife with smaller tires is pushing 70 miles on hers and she has three of five bars still indicating on the battery meter.

There were two issues with the bikes when they arrived. One was a itty bitty light bracket that was cracked. They sent a new one immediately. The other was the rear wheel on my bike was dished slightly off center. Tech helped resolve that issue and they gave me a small refund for the time I spent following their directions.

We literally love this bikes and I have let our friends and neighbors ride them. My wife has let her coworkers ride hers, as she's been using it to commute, and yesterday I let a friend ride and his wife try them. He "thanked" me last night for costing him money as his wife will be ordering their new bikes soon.

They really are an amazing thing once you ride them and see how they work. The pedal assist means you still work, but by utilizing this feature, you can select how fast your ride for the same amount of effort. I've found that the assist feature never needs to go higher than 5 for me to reach and sustain a 20 mph speed. Usually I ride in 2-3 on the pedal assist, but if I'm in a hurry and need to run across town on a quick trip to the store, I'll punch it up to 5 and maintain the speed of traffic as I pedal. I love being able to do that sustained speed and not be getting blown off the road by cars passing me. This is the feature I love most in town.

We are heading out into a remote Montana camp for about a month with these two bikes in a week. I've a great solar/inverter system on my RV with 200 Amp Hours of Lithium battery reserves. We intend to use these bikes and the inverter for most of our transportation into the nearest "town" (one bar, one store, and one restaurant run on solar). That ride is 7 miles from our campsite, and I suspect we now have the perfect transportation option for leaving the diesel pickup parked. We also travel to beach cities in the winter with the RV, and we cannot wait to try these bikes on some Florida and Georgia beaches this coming winter.

The communication was good, it was a little delayed on when it was supposed to be completed. The shipping was pretty poor and took over two weeks to show up. The box was destroyed when I finally received the bike. It was scratched but I had been waiting so long for it I did not want to refuse it. The bike itself is great!

Kind of long getting back to me, but nice customer service. And they helped me find the parts i needed for an older model. (which wasn’t available for order online), Better to email. I think they respond quicker. Unless you’re on the eastern states or midwest. Shipping has been slow but i guess that’s to be expected with all this hype around covid. Anyways they got me the parts i needed and I did the labor installing them. So i saved a bunch on labor costs because labor is usually labor is much more expensive (at least in terms of cars) I mnow I worked at a couple of dealerships and they often sell you stuff you don't need and the labor is ridiculous. All in all it give there a company a bit of a higher score if they had someone on the west coast that stayed open a bit longet, even just for support purposes. But I love my bike, its great i recommend getting a /-3 BIG zip ties and wrap them around the battery because the battery mounts are thin plastic and both of mine broke from going off a curb. I wish they sould offer an upgrade; like aluminum or Steel. All in all cool bike, a bit heavy (70lbs) without me on it. So i’m hoping they will offer a stronger motor and with the strongest battery I wonder if thats possible with this, like. possibly powerful enough to wheelie it. That would be rad. Ok i’m rambling now, I hope you guys out there replace some parts (upgrade some parts) like the rear shock, and make an actermarket model that has a throttle button/lever. That would be rad. Well happy trails guys!

I love the bike! Unfortunately there was a ring missing for the handlebar stem. I wrote to your company and received no response which was disappointing. Very satisfied with the bike so far.

I bought a my bike over a year ago and some plastic pieces had cracked. The folks as MS2 were awesome and quickly sent me new pieces for FR3E and got me back on the trail.

your website no longer allows me to make purchases after spending thousands of dollars on merchandise, no big deals I just take my money and go places that ship products to my address, yours tells me it doesn't ship to my address, when it wasn't a problem in the past! I complained about it to support and got no response! PS I don't respond to requests for feedback, because I like to mind my own business and I don't make endorsements.

Love my bike. Talked to customer support before buying and they were helpful and cool. Shipping was fast and easy and the bike came set up and ready to go. Definitely recommend M2S if your looking to buy an ebike. Based on my research they have the best component spec for the price.

Took the bike out on the trails and it's super fun. Really fast and smooth. I was deciding between the Ultra hardtail and Ultra full suspension. Hindsight I would get the full suspension instead of the hardtail if I could do it again but i'm still happy with the purchase. 10 out of 10.

Customer service worked with me and even gave me a discount on the parts I required since they were removed from another bike. Shipping was fast. Everyone was friendly and actually treated me like a customer.

M2S was kind enough to help me out with a computer mount bracket that was damaged when a tirnado damaged our garage, and a rafter fell on my bike. it was a floor Luckily, that was all that was damaged!
