Bought this bike to ride up abandoned forest service roads in the cascade mountains of Washington. These areas are no joke. Rugged, boulder ridden, deep puddles and steep grades. Took my R750 out for the first ride and was blown away. Normally I hike this road 15 miles and then hike an additional 15 to reach a mountain lake I frequent. By the time I got done with the first 15 miles I felt fresh and ready to tackle the rest of my hike. WIth over 2500 ft of elevation gain over those miles, my bike barely used a quarter of the battery and was able to power up all the hills effortlessly with the pedal assist and even the throttle alone when I got lazy. If you want something tough yet fun to get around in the backcountry, look no further than these bikes. Between the customer service and product alone, I am surely a life time customer.

The product is great. Only reason for four stars is it took a long time to arrive

Jeff was a very good listener and resolved my rear wheel/motor replacement and ended up refunding cost of rear rim due to company no longer making my older model of bike. Very good customer service!
