Front fender for my phatmoto wasn't a good fit. It rubs the tire. Back fender was a good fit.

The entire shopping experience was very good, I was easy to get answers to questions I had. The ordering process was quick and easy... I choose one of the split payment options.
The bike arrived in just a few days.. The was very well packages so it arrived without a scratch.
Assembling the bike took 15 minute.
Really like the bike... I ride almost every day!

When I initially placed this order (last year, several months ago) someone from your store called and followed up. It turns out what I thought I was ordering isn't the item I wanted. I'm pretty sure the order was canceled. Now, months later, the item was shipped to me anyway. If you send me a prepaid return I'll send it back. I don't think you even charged me for it. Three star review because I get 2 emails a day asking for a review. Seriously: no more!

New display got my bike to work again. Still have the same problem always had - bike shuts off for several seconds on steeper pitches anytime I hit even a medium bump. It is really frustrating to sit there until bike responds again.

My bike was not turning on and I could not trouble shoot the problem. Called M2S and they determined computer was not working, I was skeptical but trusted them and low and behold it solved the problem. 🍻🤙
