I recently had a power failure on my two year old AT750. A new controller didn't fix, so I got a new motor hub. A local bike shop installed it for $40. Wheel is back on and all is good. Jeff and the tech service dept. are very helpful. My concerns are why did this component fail after only 3,500 miles and would one expect the same failure in two years?

M2S Customer service is probably the best I've ever dealt with from a company. I had a problem with a crank arm on a newly arrived bike and they went out of their way to fix the issue. No bike companies, or motorcycles, etc for that matter, are free of small manufacturing problems on occasion. That's just the nature of the business since parts come from all over. However, the company that stands out is the one who has outstanding customer service- M2S is one of them. Would be happy to deal with them again....

Jeff was great. A prompt response and diagnosis had me up and running in a couple of days. I am very impressed and would highly recommend M2S bikes.

I totally love my m2s Scout! Took her on the Virginia Creeper Trail in VA and WOW! Those fat tires rocked it. I had entirely too much fun! So easy to use, comfortable, and responsive.
Shopping for the bike was very easy. Ordered; delivered; put together. Web directions for all aspects of installation and set up are easy to follow and great to have in online format for quick reference. The bike needs a heavy duty rack for the car that uses a hitch. That was easy to order from Amazon, and off I went.
Great experience all around!

Bikes look very nice. Just rode them a few miles so far. I think they will hold up for a long time.Had them delivered to us assembled. That was a nice service. Wish the website had more technical info on it. Wanted a detail instructions on the display and was told to see a video that really didn’t explain much at all.
