Love your product. Where you fall short is in the support. Calls/emails take time to be answered, then when they are answered, answers seem incomplete. You're out of stock on many things, that are easily found on Amazon. Would recommend you, with the caveat that people need to be ready for minimal or no support.

Awesome product..... easy to assemble and great customer service! So pleased with the purchase. Now I need a second one for more family to join in the fun. :)

I bought a M2S bike, then expensive panniers. I needed to buy a new battery. So i called M2S and asked for a coupon code for a discount on a $900.00 battery. They flat out said no discount even for previous customers. Then why do they have a place on their web site for a coupon code. Great bike, no customer loyalty. Buy a RadPower bike. Forget M2S

My rim bent and they were very prompt to help me with a new ones. Even when they sent the wrong rim, I have a sport model, which the tires are 3 inches instead of 4. They quickly sent A new one. Thanks to all the team and Jeff for all the back and forth.
