HT 750 w/ 21 AH battery.

This thing is a beast. I bought primarily for elk scouting and game haul-out in Colorado, but I’ll easily find uses for it on my barrier island in Florida. Hello? Beach?

Ordering: Sales rep tried to sell me the Ultra Series instead, saying that the Ultra was the favorite of elk hunters. I got his point, but cost and lack of daily usage were critical factors, and I didn’t see the value added in the roughly $1500 pricier model.

Delivery and Assembly review:
Delivery driver called me and said he didn’t want to go into my neighborhood with his tractor-trailer due to the extremely tight turns and I understood completely. We transferred the box to my SUV on a wider street a few blocks away.
Packaging was good, no damage to exterior box or bike inside. I was missing the 3-in-1 rear rack bags that I’d ordered, but “panniers” were listed on the shipping document.
Contacted M2S via e-mail. They said the bags were backordered. Okay...

Assembly was quick, using the online videos. My biggest beef was the pedal markings for Left and Right did not match the video, so I looked at the threads to figure it out, but I also found the L-R markings elsewhere on the pedals.

Bike performance:
I took a six-mile test ride on our local linear trail, alternating between Class 1 and Class 2 usage. Overall, very smooth. As some other reviewers have mentioned, in Class 1 or 3 mode riders need to treat it like a regular bike when stopping and shift back down to a low gear. There is a little lag in the motor kicking in, and depending on your electric assist setting, you won’t be getting that much extra torque anyway. I don’t consider this a design flaw – it’s just the way things are, and riders need to train themselves. If using the Class 2 throttle-mode, not so much! Power is coming straight off the rear hub, and response was good, and I thought very linear in its progression.

A few days later, my visiting sister was riding it on the linear trail while we scouted for birds and alligators. She was still in recovery from foot surgery and the electric assist really helped her out. She’s not a huge cyclist, but she adapted to the electric drive features of Class 1 and Class 2 within a few minutes. She actually preferred pedaling in Class 1 mode, as it allowed her much needed leg exercise without bothering her foot.

The back-ordered panniers arrived a week and a half later. Look nice. They may very well be 37 liters of volume, but it’s not arranged in a way for hauling out elk quarters like I wanted. Deer quarters? Maybe… I’ll design my own strap system.

I’ve already decided that I will also order the side view mirror and Evo Cruiser saddle, even though the standard gel saddle is pretty darned comfortable. If I don’t like how the cruiser saddle feels on this one, I have other bikes to apply it to, and if I like the cruiser saddle, I have a place for the standard gel saddle as well.

So far mileage is 15, based mostly on three different trips, a little asphalt and mostly dirt / sand / grass surface. Instrument screen still reads 100% battery power, and battery’s own meter is still 4/4. Sounds great, but then this is a barrier island with the standard lack of elevation change. As soon as I get it to the Rockies, I expect there to be a sucking sound from the battery as I pedal uphill.

So far, very much worth the money.

Ordered Two Scouts. One came damaged. M2S's customer service in rectifying the issues was Fantastic and Total Quality. It was the kind of service that I have not seen since I worked for L.L. Bean in the late 80s.

Love my new bike! However I felt that the seat was not very comfortable and have already replaced it.
Also, Old Dominion was the carrier on the bikes and they called to set up a date and time for delivery. I was told by them that the drive would not be able to help me unload the bikes from the back of the semi as he was not give a lift for this purpose.
I think M2S bikes need to pay for the lift on the semi trucks.
We lucked out and the driver did help us get the bike into the back of my pickup truck so we could unload them from there.

The new display came quickly and worked perfectly. Thank you.

Very good customer support. My wife’s Scout arrived without the rear rack and the lights were not working. A rack was sent promptly and technical information e-mailed helped me resolve the lights issue.

I purchased Scout E-bike LOVE IT! Called support with a few questions and went on line purchased a few items. Very friendly and helpful staff at M2S. I am a 60 year old lady, followed the great videos assembled bike like a pro. Love this bike.

Good Service and fast shipping

Everything was good. Delivery company could stand to be schooled a little. They didn't even know where the throttle was located. Bike was stuck in the front handlebars with another bike. Driver was really nice tho!

As always, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great with exception of Old Dominion truck lines not being able to deliver until 2 weeks after it go to their warehouse. I picked up there at warehouse in order to have it by Valentine’s Day.

Very good. I orderd on a Wednesday and asked Old Dominion Freight if I could pick up at their terminal on Friday and it worked out very nicely. Made the delivery part very easy. Fast order service. Bike Assembly was very quick about 90% of the bike was already assembled.

2 months and no mechanical problems. Hub slips a little on steeper hills, then you lose torque so it's pedal power the rest of the way. Good overall offroad cruiser but not really a mountain bike. When you lose electric power on steeper hills, the weight is a real struggle. Great on the flats. Gets up to speed quickly. Stable in soft dirt and sand. Overall, pretty happy 😊.

I was missing some stainless steel screws from a bike I purchased because the shipping box was damaged by the delivery company and M2S representative promptly sent me them. Great customer service!
