Although one of the two bikes was on backorder, M2S kept me apprised of developments and when the order would ship.
The bikes arrived very well packaged and undamaged aside from a few scratches to the decals on the 2 batteries.
Assembly was a breeze and far simpler than I had imagined.

I have been looking at buying an ebike for a couple of years now and just purchased two bikes from M2S for my wife and I . I was in debate between what brand to get and our choice to choose M2S was the great reviews and the customer service. Prior to buying the bikes I called a few times, quickly got an answer and they were very informative and friendly. I also sent an email to them with a few questions and within the hour they responded. the bikes arrived packaged well and not damaged. The parts on M2S bikes compared to their competitors of equal priced bikes are much better quality. So far we have had no issues with the bikes and are very happy with the bikes we chose. Thanks m2s

Great bikes and great customer service. One of my bikes came damaged due to shipping. I contacted Shaughn Zaleski of M2S who immediately sent out replacement parts (arrived in 2 days) which took me about 10 minutes to replace. Excellent customer service + awesome bikes = so much fun.

As far as the order processing and delivery that was fine. However, when I called to ask a few questions about the bike to ensure that I had ordered the right model as I just noticed that the weight was much heavier than my last bike from M2S, the associate was not very helpful. He also informed me that if I test road it at all, i could not return it. This reason alone, I would never order from M2S agaoin. I want to work with a company that wants the customer to be happy with my purchase. Also, I really liked the rim liners in red and that was part of the reason that I purchased it, they came in black. I called back to see if I could get the red and again not very helpful and was supposed to follow up with me and never did. Overall the customer experience was very poor. I was a big fan and this was my second purchase but it will also likely be my last.

Little disappointed with the delay in receiving my bike. Also the accessories I need being the fenders and bike rack have been (out of stock) or on back order forever feels like. I ordered the fenders under the impression they were in stock because that’s what it literally said online. After waiting a good while I decide to call and see where they’re at and they tell me they probably won’t have another batch for probably another 4-6 weeks. Just blows my mind when I ordered them online it said they were in stock. So here I am looking at a good 4 months and still don’t have my basic necessities for the bike. But as far as the bike I am pleased, so far I don’t think I could ask for any better quality and overall make of the bike. Very solid, and I also can’t complain about the customer service. It has been great, anytime I’ve called they’ve always been there to help. And from a customer standpoint that don’t go unnoticed. Just a little frustrated with the delay of things.

My LCD malfunctioned and you guys responded immediately with a replacement. Unfortunately it is malfunctioning as well. I’m not worried, your service is fantastic and I love my RS750FS Sport. It’s not the greatest bike to use as a demo because everyone is afraid of its size and weight, but I always tell people you have other great bikes that are perfect for their needs and I send them to your website to check them out.
