happy with customer service, although part did take a few weeks (supply chain). Did not really like that tracking package was with Shop and asked to upsell that product (track all my products,,,).

Great bike and company! I have only had the bike for just over a week and have over 20 miles on it. love it, and I miss understood what I was ordering and contacted support, they helped me fix the misunderstanding and gave me free shipping to help me out. Would definitely buy from them again.

It was a pleasure to have someone to talk too. I actually ordered the wrong bike and realized it once I figured it out. The order was corrected and I got exactly what i wanted quickly I might add. Exception Service. The bike is awesome

Display broke on a 1 year old bike. I wasnât the original purchaser, so basically I was treated like a leper. CalledâŠleft a VM (never returned)âŠemail was better, but requested a voice callâŠnever happened. Out of the kindness of their heat they offered me $20 off a used unitâŠI passed on that. Ordered the new display kit with ânewâ features. Havenât really seen those new features yetâŠas the unit looks the same as the old one. Shipping was extremely slow (over 2 weeks from payment rendered to receiving it) and expensive for the size box and distance traveled (NC-TN). I was very happy with the bike up until it stopped working. My feelings about it now are the same as with anything produced in China⊠it will work until it doesnât, and M2S isnât going to stand by it, or even try to help with the cost of getting it going again.
Fingers crossed this fix is permanent and I donât have to deal with M2S again.
