Received Ultra HT recently. Seems like any product costing as much as it is should have assembly instructions and manual for product. Bike was advertised as having rear battery operated taillight but mount was there but no light. Would be good to have a total height of bike measurements as the tires made bike much higher than I thought and is a little too large for me but now I own it. First single track no jumps too old ride, battery came loose on trail; maybe I didn't lock it in enough? GOOD STUFF: did enjoy ability to talk to someone about purchase before buying. Love light sensing headlight as it helps going through tunnels or just turning on in evening without me turning on. Motor is very quiet. Tried a long standing name bike with Bosch and it was noisy in comparison. Didn't know if I would like jumbo tires but so far really do. Like the flat black paint job and quality seems very good.

Bike is great so far. I am waiting for the smaller tire kit though, and it is so heavy bike racks for it (ultra fs) are few and far between.

I ordered bike on December 4 For a Christmas present. The bike arrived in January. I also paid the extra charge for delivery, assembly and instructions. It showed up in a box !!! Not happy with my shopping experience at all

Great Bike! Great “How to” videos. Great Customer support. Final QC of bike is poor. Missing rear carriage rack (Still waiting for it). Computer was installed backwards on the bike. Rear light was left just hanging - not attached. Still, love the bike!
I want to emphasize the responsive support M2S has. It does make a difference.

It was very easy to purchase a bike from you. Every time I call to ask a question, they were always very polite and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed buying a bike from you. Thank you so much for all that you did for me. I really appreciate it.

M2S was very easy to work with and puts out an apparently high quality product. An actual live knowledgeable person answers the phone and responds quickly to any questions or changes requested. The only negative was a quite long delivery time of more than 3 months (which is probably not their issue due to supply chain problems across the economy in 2021). No paper assembly instructions are provided, but most issues covered in their videos available on their website.
