I purchased an all Terrain Scout in Oct. Because of supply chain issues (I feel that was no fault of M25) it took over 2 months to receive the bike. The one area they could of improved is notify me of delay status, it would of prevented me of calling weekly after a month out. I received my bike with a bent hanger. M25 offered to pay for the repair at a local bike shop (San Diego), but I chose to purchase a tool to repair myself. Understand, they inspect when they receive the bike and ship out to customer. The damage was done after they inspected it. The bike now is repaired and a joy to ride. Price tag was worth the extra time and effort it took me to repair. The bike also had a faulty rear tire 'bead'. M25 immediately shipped not 1, but two tires out to me. I think their customer service is top notch. Keep the customer service at this level and you will do well in the e-bike market.

After looking into several companies, I decided on the M2S Sport750. I was impressed with the customer service reviews I saw online. I received a call back promptly that answered all my questions and concerns. I know little of Ebikes and was making a Big monetary purchase just before the holidays. I am thrilled with my new bike. All in all, its fun, cool, sturdy, fast, and portable. I am getting used to the power that kicks in right after pedaling, its not a smooth transition. I'm sure I just have to adjust some settings. battery power when dips below 50% has a power/torque decrease i believe. keep her fully charged before each ride if you can. I would have liked a hard copy manual as I'm old school. Was So happy to see there was an option for full assembly delivery. I Would buy this bike again definitely. M2S took the worry and hastle out of taking an 80lb box to a bike shop for assembly and possibly damaged.

The M2S staff is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. They made purchasing my bike a breeze. Once the bike arrived, I had a few questions; which they quickly answered via email. The Scout is beyond my expectations. Being very short makes bike fit problematic for me. This frame set up easily to adapt to my size for a perfect fit w/o having to find unusual ways to modify it. The seat is a dream. Operational components are simple to use. It comes with a serious kickstand that keeps The bike up... previously, my fat bike kickstands have been sketchy & untrustworthy. I am quite satisfied with every aspect of this purchase. Would buy again.
