Best service I have received from a company from the lower 48. Bike arrived with no damage and that is unusual for Alaska Thanks

the bike is generally of low quality, the fenders are pathetic they do absolutely nothing in the rain, i told the support team i thought my forks where damaged in shipping and they didn't care, all low quality parts. the heavy battery is held in by a weak plastic retainer, front fork is low quality , my brakes are already wearing down only after 200 miles, rear derailer is low quality already having shifting issues, i am going to make a YouTube video about the quality of your bikes. contact me soon.

This is the best bike store I have ever used! I have over 1400 miles on my bike and the guys at M2S have provided the best support I could ask for. After picking my bike up from a service visit, I inadvertently had it fall off the car rack. I was incredibly upset and brought it back the next day. They repaired it just like new, what a wonderful experience. With all that said, this is absolutely the best bike I have ever owned.

The personnel are great and very responsive. Having a lot of problems w/ the bike. I am not computer literate and not having a manual to read while working on bike is a MAJOR problem. I still have a ways to go before I know how to operate proficiently. Broken derailer on third ride was problematic and should be covered under warranty w/ directions how to replace. Have no idea why a racing seat is on an all-terrain bike!.

I purchased 2 bikes 2 weeks ago and pick them up from the Arden warehouse. Great bikes! When we charged them 2 days ago, noticed one of the chargers is not working. Can we exchange it please? Thanks, Scott Montgomery

The bike seems OK, I’m excited to try it but we haven’t been able to ride it for an extended time yet so I’m not totally sure how to rate it’s performanve.
2 things I wasn’t very happy with were the price for shipping which came as a very pricey surprise when much of the competition’s shipping is free but most importantly our front shock lock out is broken. I’ve tried calling a couple of times now and haven’t received a call back.
