After all of my reviewing of e bikes I picked M2S and the R 750. Dan was most helpful on all of my calls and emails. We are not but about 2hrs away and my son and I picked it up. We did some test rides and love it. Assembly took less than 30 min and most of that time was spent removing the great packaging job. Everything works great out of the box. I hope to go back and get my wife the low step R750. Great small company with a great value bike. Will give another review after 100 miles. I was told to stay off my knee for a few weeks but I can cheat a little and hit the button. Thanks M2S.

I dig the bike, shipping was great. Fun to ride, but having battery issues now and zero response from M2S. 6 emails and zero response. So I doubt their warranty is worth the ink it’s printed with. If I had known I wouldn’t be able to contact ANYONE from this company I would’ve chose a different one. Too bad, I would’ve bought another if they had taken care of me.

The bike came well packed, undamaged and easy to put together and ready to ride! This is actually our second M2S bike and love them both.
This one is for my wife, who is about 5' 2", so the newer model with the drop down frame fits her much better than even the medium sized Kush we had bought earlier in the summer. Now we don't have to "debate" who gets to use the ebike!

I needed to get a replacement motor for my bike before a trip I was taking. We were leaving in two weeks for a long planned trip. Eric came through with the motor and parts I needed and the trip was a success! My R750 has been nothing less than amazing for getting around in the woods and trails of south Florida. 700 miles on it total with 600ish off road.

This bike is easy and comfortable to ride on both pavement and sand. The power is really good and the throttle is awesome! My wife likes it too, so now I have to buy her one!

I've put 300 miles on my All Terrain 750 and it's just terrific. On my daily suburban/urban commute the bike has been enjoyable to ride each day. The tires and front shock absorb the pot holes and bumps and the throttle assists me in zooming through dangerous intersections. Speaking of tires, I did put in Mr. Tuffy FatBike liners and slimed both front and back which gives me a bit more confidence that I won't flat on my way to work. I like the fact that I'm not sweaty when I arrive, an issue when I've dealt with in the past.

Here are a few minor issues that in no way lessen my rating of the bike:

Battery

I believe that one could ride 50 miles with peddle assist on a flat asphalt track with no stopping/starting with a brand new battery. But that has not been my experience. I also would not be able to use the throttle alone and go 20 miles. With much peddling I can go about 20-25 miles max, with no hills and much stop/starting - using the throttle to get up to speed. If you were willing to come from a dead start on peddling alone and ride very conservatively, you'd probably get more milage than me. From a dead stop, the power is slow and sluggish, but once you're up and running it will really move when shifted. The battery charger has no on/off switch - a minor issue.

Visibility

The front light is not meant for night riding, so I added a small, bright after-market light that fits directly below the dash panel under the handlebars that does the job. My bike came with fenders and rack that has a nice large red rear lamp. There is also a small cheapy red light beneath the seat. I added some DOT visibility tape to be seen from the side and front better.

Mobility

The bike weighs about 70 lbs and that makes my ride 240 lbs with my added bodyweight, so the bike handles a bit more like a light motorcycle than a bicycle, lacking the agility and mobility one might be accustomed. The disk breaks work well and can stop the bike on a dime. When you leave the asphalt and ride on sand or gravel, etc. - there is little difference in the feel of the ride. I tore off down the beach yesterday and the bike just plowed through the damp sand like nothing at all.

Service

Here in Southern California we are seeing more EBikes around, but it's still in it's early stages of popularity. Most bike shops are making the changes towards selling and servicing them. The first place I went to for service were happy to work on my bike, although they were not familiar with the brand. I did quite a bit of research before choosing M2S and am glad that I did because in retrospect, I consider it a good choice. A similar EBike from a major bicycle brand will cost you 2x or more and that added fact makes the All Terrain 750 that much more desirable.

Have put about 80 miles on it. So much fun and fast. If you know someone that is having a bad day, let them hop on your new ebike and watch them smile.

So far so good, will be able to tell you more after next week. Going on a two week hunting trip.

I'm in mid-sixties and have enjoyed biking for most of my life, but lately I've been having a hard time with stamina and just keeping up with the younger members of my family. I researched electric bikes to educate myself on the subject so I knew what kind of equipment was right for me. After looking over many companies, M2S had what i needed at a very competitive price. When the bike arrived, I followed the online instructions to put it together which took me little over an hour to finish. After that, I took my first ride and have never looked back since. It's a very sturdy built bike and the peddle assist levels are great for helping climb those steep hills that pop up on a ride. The little touches like the included lights that come on automatically when it gets dark can't be beat. M2S bikes are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had this bike about 3 months and am really enjoying it. I chose the rear hub drive and I wish there was a little more low speed torque but this bike puts a big smile on my face every time I get on it. BTW I'm 70 yrs old and haven't been on a bike in years. To borrow from a previous reviewer; This bike is a beast!

I never write reviews ,but when you get treated with exceptional customer service I want to tell people about it. Eric and the staff at M2S go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your bike .The bike is one of the funniest things I have ridden. The bike is top notch they didn't cut any corners. SD

It took a bit me to get it but it was well worth the wait I just need to know where I can go to get inner tubes for my bike the first day that I had it got a flat tire and I need an inner tube I'll pay for it I just don't know where to get it and I need to know further instructions on how the different items on the handlebars work my book doesn't really explain what each thing does maybe it's me but I'd like to have more specifications on the bike itself

I can't talk to anyone about the issues with one of the bikes I purchased and one of the accessories. I received one email that said take it to a local shop to fix a brake leak issue. The bike has been to the shop twice and they are unable to fix the issue because of the non-standard parts. Apparently the 2-year warranty is a sham. One of the pannier bags is missing a critical clip on the back so it falls off every time you hit a bump. There's no phone number listed and nobody will call you back when you submit a customer service request. Only 5-star reviews are posted on their website so I'm sure this one won't make it, but I'll be sure to leave negative reviews everywhere I can.

I'm happy to report that I love my new bike "All Terrain Ultra"! This bike has great power and battery life/range! My son and I have been taking turns racing it up the many nearby hills and logging roads--too much fun! I think M2S offers the best bike for the money and excellent customer support.

I received my bike in a timely manner, however whoever assemble my bike at the factory put two right petal arms on the bike instead of a left panel arm and a right arm. After trying to spend about 30 minutes screwing the left pedal in the right wrong whole on the right pet alarm which should have been a left petal arm I figured out my problem. I contacted M2S to let them know of my dilemma however they have not sent me a replacement arm yet. I would love to try and ride my new bike but it will not work until they send me the proper left petal alarm. The bike looks pretty cool and I'm looking forward to trying it and hopefully this is the only issue I have. If you know somebody over there who could help expedite me receiving this left an alarm I would greatly appreciate it.

I purchased a 850c color display for my E-bike.
My bike is not a M2S brand but the display was compatible with my bike and you had a number of 850c displays in stock so I was delighted that you processed my order and shipped the display.
The order was quickly processed and the display was shipped and arrived very fast!
The display is working perfectly and is a huge improvement over the original display on my bike. Again I appreciate M2S selling to me even though I'm not a M2S bicycle customer...yet :) We probably will be in the market for another E-bike for my wife in the spring and I will definitely be looking at what's available from M2S.

A+++ rating from me.

ps. Tell Eric there are a few others interested in purchasing the 850c display and when M2S gets another surplus of 850c displays they would greatly appreciate if M2S would process the orders.

We have 2 R500 M2S bikes. The bolt holding the seats has snapped of on both bikes. Luckily no one was seriously injured, but there were scrapes and bruises. I wrote an email to support and to Eric, stating what happened along with my concerns. I heard absolutely nothing back. If we have 2 bike and both bikes had the bolts snapped off, it isn’t a fluke. It is either a bad lot of bolt or a bad design. Other bike owners, please be aware of this. It could be just a matter of time before your seat snaps off while you are in the middle of your ride.

Enemy though it came late I still got to use it in the second week of hunting. It works great for all it has but it didn’t have enough power to get me up the long hills from our hunting camp.

The 500 after riding it up some steep hills, the bike is way to high geared, had to stand up and peddle for all I was worth to climb the hills we were on! The 750cush could use another lower gear also, but not as bad as the 500! Can i order a lower gear set for the 500?

I have had my R750 now for about 3 weeks I absolutely love it. I am 69 years young and have had a total hip replacement and haven't ridden a bike for 38 years. So needless to said I was very nervous. My husband helped me and I would buy it again in a heart beat. Everything about the R750 is top of the line. My husband has a ebike that cost over $3000.00 and he likes mine a lot better. I haven't had any problems so no need to call customer service and it arrived a day earlier than expected. Thanks you for building such a wonderful bike. Mary
