I have liked it more the more I have rode it, I do like it a lot. I have not tried any others so I can not compare. The readout was a bit scratched up and a couple other minor things I would have liked to have changed from an online buy but overall I am happy with it.

Glad you are enjoying your bike. Have you tried removing the clear plastic screen protector that comes on the bike? Perhaps that is what is scratched. If not and the display is scratched we can send a replacement.

I ordered a bike on July 21st with a late July / early August delivery date (according to the website). I emailed M2S on aug. 1st to inquire about delivery date. Received reply stating I would see bike by end of Aug. Nothing. Called them Labor Day weekend and left message...no reply. Today is Sept 11th. Called them and got no answer, couldn't leave message because mailbox was full. I would love to tell you about the bike! All I can tell you is the the customer service sucks so far.

It's an incredible bike, especially at the price point, and anyone will be happy with the purchase of an M2S bike. I bought the all-terrain 750, and did not give it 5 stars only because the tires are not tubeless ready, and there are significant thorns where I live and I plan to write it in the backcountry that make them a necessity. It appears the wheels will not accommodate tubeless tires which makes for a significant and costly makeover, but I still love the bike, and even with the wheels and tires being replaced it is still a good price point.

I purchased the R750 for my wife. I ride 100 mile races and train all summer long. This leave very little time for us to be together during the summer. We just received this bike last night an after a few miles of 'training' we went on a 15 mile ride and dang, what a workout trying to keep up with her. This will be a great way for us to ride all summer long. Top notch packaging, shipping + fast and delivery man was super nice to my wife.
We found out about these bike via a couple on vacation and we have already talked to 2 people about them on our first ride. You need a referral program for these bike. They are not advertised anywhere. Send one up here to Michigan to a bike shop, you will sell a ton of them.

I bought this bike to do my daily commute (mix of streets and somewhat maintained bike paths) in a fun manner. It's about 15 miles round trip and I only use half a battery throughout that running at the max speed most of the time and not breaking a sweat, imagine if I actually tried?!
The fat tires give me excellent stability and comfort. I put a softer seat on it because I'm usually trying to chill out on my way to work. I haul all my stuff with me in a basket I put on the rack too. I'm using this bike all the time, my poor car sits in my driveway gathering dust. Just want I needed!!!

Overall the All Terrain Ultra Fat Bike is very impressive. Lots of torque, quiet, and fun. The power assist is well behaved and wild at the same time. I have been really enjoying it.
The packaging of my bike was very good. The exterior box was a little damaged during shipping but the bike inside was just fine.
Fit, finish, and function are all very good.
But of course there are always tweeks and things associated with a new bike. I have a suggestion or two:
A basic 4 or 5 point quick reference how-to card about the Ultra control/display would be a huge help during the first few hours of ownership.
Nothing wrong with the battery that came on the bike but an optional upgrade without the expense of buying a complete second battery would have been attractive to me.
In the end I gotta say, the Ultra Fat is a lot of fun. I am going to go for a ride

Try and compare these bikes with ANY other E- bike. Check the power, check the top speed and check the range. I couldn’t come close to finding anything close for less than three grand. Trusted product indeed.

Ordered my Kush 750 mid June. received it a few weeks later. Definitely well worth the wait! awesome bike. balance, handling, quality. I have RA and now I can totally enjoy bike riding again. range on the battery is superior, a blast on and off road. the more popularized fat tire e-bike cannot compare to M2S . staff was great, they always replied quickly . getting another one for my girl. she rode it once and wanted one. high end purchase in my world, but worth every cent.

Wanted to get a pair of the All Terrain 750's but can only afford one for the wife right now. So we got the All Terrain which arrived mostly assembled. There is very little to assemble and the battery comes with a partial charge so you can try it out as soon as you get the remaining bits together. Wow, this bike is a blast to ride. It is solidly built and will no doubt last a long time. I have to say it's a bit more powerful and is faster than I expected. We decided to get a pair of these to open up new adventures for us. We are now able to gain access to longer trail rides and are able to climb hills we would otherwise have to walk up. It's opened up a whole new world for us with so many new trails to explore. In the first two days my wife put almost 80 miles on her new ebike! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and hardily recommend this bike and M2S. As soon as we can, we'll be getting one of the ALL Terrain 750 Kush bikes so we have a pair.

Thank you Rad Rover for not returning my call ,The guys at M2S were great to work with and this All Terrain R750 will be a big part of my hunting season,only messed around with it on the back roads but did manage to get it up to 32mph with peddle assist.This bike is awesome!

Great bike and lots of fun. The big tires plus front and back shocks make it a very nice ride. The motor is very powerful and has lots of torque on flat to moderate surfaces.
On the con side, the power delay (takes about a second of pedaling to get going and about a second to cut off) takes some getting used to. Another con is the hub motor does not perform great on steep terrain from a dead stop even when using the accelerator button. If you are able to pick up some speed, then most hills are doable. From a dead stop to steep terrain, it struggles a bit.
If you are riding around 20-30 miles, I think the range will work out just fine. If you are pushing it to 50 miles (I haven’t done it yet) I’m guessing you will have to be fairly conservative in the power setting.
Despite the cons, I still give it 5 and would recommend it in a heart beat. For what you pay verses value, it’s a great buy. I’ve taken it out a couple of times and can’t wait to get back on the trail. Super fun.
