This bike arrived earlier than expected. It was an easy assembly, partly because I have prior experience with bikes and partly because a good job of pre assembly was done prior to shipping. The bike componnents are not particularly high quality but they all work properly out of the box. I wish the on board computer included an actual clock rather than just speed andileage traveled.
There is also no good place to install a wayer bottle, Inended up putting something on the handle bars which I hate but I will live with it.
I use my bike to commute in Arizona so yoi can imagine how difficult dealing with the heat can be.
I was plesently suprised how responsive this bike was tobride considering the nearly 70 poinds of weight. When you get on it, the bike rides very nicely.
All in all, considering the price of this bike compared to a Trek or Specialized, I consider this to be a good value. Glad I made this choice.

I decided to get an electric bike after renting one a couple of times at a local bike shop and having a blast. I did not want to pay the 3k-4k price that the local shop was asking so I went online and started reading reviews of bikes that were $2k and under. I watched a lot of videos and read many reviews and decided on the mid motor full suspension M2S Kush.

My bike arrived about two weeks after the order with no issues. M2S kept me informed every step of the way. The only issue I discovered was a slight ding in the battery case which was only a cosmetic issue. I contacted M2S and they promptly replied with my choice of a $100 credit and touch-up paint or a new battery. I opted for the new battery.

I have put over 100 miles on my new Kush and have been excited about the performance and comfort of this bike. The pedal assist is pretty seamless and the five settings allow for more exercise and effort at 1or much less at 5. I have found that at level 5, it is easy to go 20 miles an hour with very little effort. I have hit 31.5 downhill. With brisk pedaling on a level surface it is easy to average 25mph.

We have a mountain bike trail close to our house that I rode recently. The Kush was suprisingly nimble given its weight. I was amazed at the torque available at lower gears.

Thus far the bike is quiet and smooth and has exceeded my expectations. The company has been great to deal with as well.

I highly recommend M2S bikes based on my experience.

This bike is amazing ! I used this bike during the 2017 hunting season. The customer service is excellent. Eric was very helpful and patient with me. I would recommend this bike to anyone.

I always research the whole product category before I make a purchase decision. I had been looking at electric fat tire bikes for quite some time before I ran across M2S bikes on the internet.
I had ridden several BRAND name electric bikes and priced them on the internet as I was learning the category.
I was quite surprised when I found that M2S bikes had fantastic technical specifications and in most cases the retail is half or or less than half of the retail prices of similar BRAND name bikes .
Basically , twice or more of the technical capabilities at half or less of the retail price of similar Brand name electric bikes.

They can do this by selling direct to consumers on the internet and building the products locally.

I have the Kush and when I rode it for the first time, I was SOLD on the price and the specifications. I have enjoyed this model very much and could have never found a similar l. rand name bike at the price I paid M2S.
The staff at M2S are very knowledgeable and professional. It was a easy purchase decision !
I may eventually upgrade to another M2S bike in the future !

This is an amazing bike! It is a whole new biking experience for me. While it is a heavy bike, i can tell that is a well built and sturdy enough for my 210 lb body. It handles beautifully. Most importantly, it is just so much FUN !

The bike was as expected - the Bafang Ultra motor, a good strong full suspension frame, and heavy overall. I'm very happy that it works just fine and there were were no issues out of the box. I knew about the heaviness because it was as advertised. The price point is terrific vs. competitors. I like the far lower price point because it got me up and running with less money out of my pocket. I can always upgrade components as I want. It arrived when M2S estimated. M2S gave me a good heads up via emails when the item shipped. It was easily delivered with one phone call for scheduling the drop off date and time window of 4 hours and an additional call placed to me a half hour in advance of the delivery driver arriving at my home. Nice job M2S on your product, site, and shipping! Thanks.

The bike arrived hours later than the “window” the shipping company gave. They were the weak link. The bike itself was well packaged and pretty simple to assemble. Since I’ve had it now 2 and a half weeks, I have put about 75 miles on it. It is a joy to ride and will extend my riding years tremendously. I use pedal assist on a very low setting usually and go on 15 and 20 mile jaunts getting a fair workout but not feeling completely spent. Love the bike.

I purchased a Dual Sport Ultra a couple of weeks ago. There were some minor problems when I first received it. Eric was very helpful and took care of me right away. I'm 67 years old. I now have 130 miles on my bike, I don't use the throttle most riding is done between assist level 1 and 3 and the battery is lasting about 50 miles. I've been to the mountains once. It was 6,500 ft, the road was steep rutted and covered with debris. Off road suspension power and handling were excellent. I'm very happy with my purchase, and planning to buy one for my wife.

Light, responsive, solid on the trails. Plenty of boost when you need it. Love it without the assist. Beyond expectations

This bike is a joy to ride. It feels very sturdy and well built. The motor shifts smoothly, the handling is responsive and it certainly is aesthetically pleasing. When I am riding, people always look and many have called out with comments of praise for the bike. Even the local cats and dogs are drawn to stare at it as I zoom by! Frankly, it looks as much like a motorcycle as a bicycle and on more than one occasion I expected the police to stop me and ask why I had no mirrors, license tag, etc. on it. So far, I am very pleased with the bike and I look forward to riding more in the future.

The customer service has been exemplary with Eric taking extra time to teach me (using a photo for clarity) exactly why I should hesitate to put a rear rack on the bike (i.e. the upward motion of the rear wheel due to the function of the rear suspension system is not ideally conducive to a standard rear rack placement and can even damage the bike in certain situations).

Thanks for the great product and I look forward to buying more products from M2S in the future.

One thing I would like to note: The packing of the box could be reinforced as the rear derailleur actually tore a hole in the box during shipping. There were other damages to the box but this was the most egregious, by far, but all seems well with the derailleur, as well as the rest of the bike. I have seen this exact damage happen before with a bike I ordered from another company (a non-electric Raleigh bike I ordered had the same damage to the box from the derailleur).

When will my swing arm be available, and what method are you planning on to ship it to me?

Over all I like the bike although it is useless to me right now seeing as my charger doesn't work and I am still waiting for a response from support.

This bike has all the features I was looking for in a bike, higher speed, 8 gears, fat tires, big battery, step frame, and 750w motor. The reason for 3 stars is hill climbing ability or lack of. Mild hills are fine, but my streets are steep. I can make it to the top in first gear, full throttle, at 5 mph peddling hard. That is not what I had in mind.

Loving this bike! Great way to get and stay in shape without killing myself. My legs can go much further so I get a nice long cardio workout without legs giving out. I like steeper mountain roads, so this bike is perfect. Pairing with heart rate monitor keeps me from getting lazy. Stable, stable, stable too. Makes going fast more fun!

I received my All Terrain Kush about two weeks ago. The bike arrived in great condition. Assembly was easy, it took maybe 30 minutes. My first ride was amazing; I felt like I had bionic legs! I have since riden about 60 miles total and the bike has performed flawlessly. A great product. Buy one, you won't be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with my recent M2S commuter 500 watt electric bicycle. Great customer service. I will prrchasingbavsrnd bike got my wife.

We received out e-bikes (XC Sport Max/ Electric commuter bike) and so far they are everything we expected them to be. I especially like that M2S offers large and medium sized bikes to better accommodate different heights. My wife got the same bike as I but in the medium size and she loves it. The large bike would have never worked for her, and she did not want a step through bike, like some other manufacturers offer for smaller people. The bikes are solidly built, and well finished. No cheap materials are used as far as I can tell.
The mid drive motor is great, really quiet, disc brakes are awesome and stop the bike quickly. Overall a very good electric bike and a very good price point when compared to what is out there today for sale. I would buy again.

My only complaint is the lack of any usable documentation for the user. It comes with a generic (and useless) user's manual that has nothing to do with the bikes we purchased. It would have been good to read on how to 1. assemble the bikes (e.g. front fender required a longer mounting screw then what came with the bike requiring a trip to the hardware store), 2. A bit of explanation on gears and motor speed controller operation would have been useful. 3. Something on preventative bike maintanence (oiling gears, adjusting brakes, tuning suspension, battery care, etc.). These could all be turned into videos that go with each bikes. Right now the how to videos are too generic for the many models offered.
However, if you are patient and Goggle everything, you can eventually find all of the answers to your question.
We love taking rides, the XC Sport max rides equally well on hard surfaces or dirt trails and we now especially look forward to going up hills!

I received my Explorer on February the 5th 2018. It is currently February 26, 2018. I have had my M2S explorer for about twenty days. I received it sooner than i thought i would; which was very positive. Assembly was easy and videos helped a great deal. Got kind of confused but once i realized that each model 's accessories are a bit different I was ok. I have not on purpose made this my primary means of transportation. I am a Chef and due to parking in the downtown area i am sometimes late but with my Explorer i have been early to my appointments. it maneuvers well in traffic and stops on a dime. i like the response of the motor to pedaling. i have only had minor problems. The support part of my kickstand feel of and i had to go to a bike shop to resolve the issue. They plunged it with a stopper. They said it seems as if the kickstand comes preassembled and couldn't get a screw to go to the slot. my Looking seat plug was loose from the giddy up and has fallen off; which is not a necessity but definitely takes away from the aesthetics of the bike. The biggest issue is that my battery has fallen out of place and on the ground while i was turning a corner. When I contacted support it wasn't something they were unaware of. They suggested i get velcro straps to make sure it stays snug. They also assured me that if it did succomb to damages because of this situation they would replace it. I haven't gotten the straps yet but i am being careful until i find one. Overall this is one of the best purchases i have made in a while. I can't run as much as i used to because of lower back and pulled groin issues so this is great exercise in a fast way. I will also be getting a trailer for food deliveries to my customers with this vicinity. Biking is the way to go. I am planning on getting my wife one, getting another for me and giving my son mine, so we can family fly! gets me to Bayshore, Ybor, Channelside and downtown in a flash1 Love It

This is the best of both worlds! I am older now and just don't have the strength and energy I used to have for riding bicycles. I bought a snow bike and was so discouraged and depressed that I had given up riding all together let alone riding with other people. Now with my ebike, I am back in the saddle again. I feel wonderful and love this bicycle! It has power to keep me going when it gets tough and I end up going further than I ever imagined. Great bike!
