the whole purchase process has been very successful, little issue on shipping and the required signature item but that worked out with some additonal scheduling. however was not told that this was going to be required.
in the assembly all went well with one exception and that is the allan screw that holds the handle bars, frame and yoke together. this was not an easy process to make sure of alignment so as to not cross thread the connection in the yoke or the allan screw itself. seems something could be improved. i hope we got it secured, as it seems to be.
After Christmas the overall performance of the Bike will be the test overall

I reached out to a m2s rep before purchasing and explained my height (6’-6”) and what I was looking for in a bike. After receiving my bike I realized I would need to make several costly modifications to make the bike even remotely comfortable for me to ride. On the test ride the chain got caught between the frame and the tire causing a bad gouge in the frame. I reached out to m2s, and yes they are very responsive, but made it clear that these issues are my problem and they don’t accept returns on bikes. If you are thinking about purchasing one of these bikes please be aware that once you get it you are stuck with it, not the best policy for a company who sells bikes sight unseen and no test rides are available. I would recommend going through another brand that allows returns if you are not satisfied with the bike.

Not happy bike does not have a owners manual. On line is no good in a lot of the northwest.
