As of today the bike has 166 miles on it. Most of that has been on pavement. About 20% has been on trails
and dirt or grave loads. The bike has not been used in snow or on the beach. I live in a medium size city
in the Willamette Valley. My residence is in the west hills, and I use the bike for transportation to decrease
my carbon footprint. I avoid riding on the street at night and in the rain and snow for safety reasons.
The stability that the big tires and wide handlebars provide along with the smooth ride from fat tires,
make this bike almost ideal for me.

In all respects the bike has performed admirably. I was not expecting it to be so much fun. I look for excuses
to ride it. Tackling the hills where I live is no challenge. In fact I feel a bit guilty when I look for hills on purpose.

The only problem I have had has been with curious car and truck drivers. Once someone driving a late model mustang stopped short in front of me to get a good look at it, and I had to swerve out of the bike lane and into the
street to avoid hitting him. On more than one occasion drivers have pulled up along side me while I'm riding
and shouted questions at me through their open windows. "HOW FAST DOES IT GO?" WHERE DID YOU GET THAT?" "IS THAT AN ELECTRIC BIKE?". This is dangerous, and I wish there was a way to stop it.

I have two knee replacements and without a little help my bicycling was done. Really pleased with the bike

The bike could have included a more precise booklet on operation and adjustments. It is my first e bike and is somewhat sophisticated considering it is a bike.

This bike is everything I hoped for and more! I have 3 dogs all under the age of 1.5 years old. One Doberman & 2 GSP's (German short haired pointers) All 3 love to run! With this bike I'm able to give them all the exercise they need with out spending a whole lot of time & energy. I must say the customer service has been great as well. Unfortunately during the shipping process the pedal arm rubbed against the front rim & disc brake putting a pretty deep gouge in them. Dan immediately created a service order for a new front wheel & hub assembly. The part is on back order & will be shipped out as soon as it becomes available. The only other issue I've had was 100% my fault. I own a construction company & nut's/bolt's are forever rattling free. I always make it a habit to put a dab of the blue loc-tight on everything. Unfortunately after melting the bracket that holds the display screen I was reading the fine print it say's not to come in contact with plastic.

After almost 700 miles I still love this bike. I own the mid-drive model. Comfortable on all terrain and easy to average 20mph with moderate pedaling.
I upgraded the seat post to the Suntour SA full suspension post which also is longer than the standard post. It allows me to get the seat up higher without going beyond the minimum insertion point and it soaks up any bumps that get beyond the full suspension. I also changed the stem to the adjustable stem offered by M2S. The stem adjustment offers a more upright posture if desired and made my riding position more comfortable. Speaking of comfort, I also and switched out the handgrips to specialized Contour XC grips and added a Bontrager gel padded seat. The flared grip allows for a palm rest and less hand fatigue on long rides and the gel cushion makes the seat more comfortable. The bike was great before the additions but with them, it is even more comfortable. My typical ride is about 20 miles and I normally have the pedal assist at the highest level. At level 5 I find that I have about three of nine bars remaining at the end of my ride. The only maintenance that has been needed is a chain replacement and the replacement of a tube due to a slow leak.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend M2S bikes.

100% BEST customer service i have ever experienced. I received this battery as a warranty replacement. The same day that I emailed M2S they processed and shipped a replacement. Under 48hrs later I had the replacement in hand. I contacted them on a Wednesday received the replacement Friday just before noon. I cannot recommend M2S enough.
