I truly can't say enough positive about this company and this bike! I don't usually write reviews, and I did not know anything about this company 10 days ago.I have past my 5th decade in life and love the outdoors but was not physically able to enjoy powering up the Appalachian mountain trails, then I started researching e-bikes. After narrowing it down to M2S bikes I selected a model and then called the company, Zack talked me out of my original selection and put me in another model that I am so very grateful.
I picked the FS max up and it truly only took about 20 minutes to assemble right out of the box. When I had questions Dan and Zack were very helpful at talking me through. Heck they even provide you a multi-tool that is all you need to put it together.
Now the test ride: I live on top of a mountain so I thought I would give it a try. The gears and brakes worked incredibly smoothly without any adjustment. I cruised to the bottom and began pedaling back up and I went through the power levels and put it on assist 5 and 4th gear and I easily pedaled back up, I'm telling you my soccer champ daughter even has to walk this hill, it was truly amazing, I was grinning from ear to ear. You don't even feel any lurching it is truly seamless on the assist. This bike also is elevated at the handle bar, so you have a much more upright comfortable position. Next day I went out on trails and choose single track very steep paths and with the assist I powered on through, I even passed (going uphill) other more seasoned bikers and it was awesome! I can even stop on a steep track and power start going uphill. Is it cheating? Who the hell cares, I am exercising and getting cardio and strength training and doing it in an area I didn't think was accessible to me anymore. This bike gives me confidence to attack the aggressive single tracks and that is truly awesome. I am on my 5th day of trail riding and have only had to charge my battery once. I Did I mention I love this bike? Zack and Dan were incredibly helpful, because the only negative is the manual sucks. So don't waste you time with that because these guys will take care of you. Oh by the way I was so impressed with this bike, and my husband was so impressed with the sturdy build that he bought one as well. You will not go wrong with this company or their products.

Totally happy with both. Fenders are light weight and won't get destroyed in a fall. Adjustable extension made my rides much more enjoyable.

Oh, Wow! is what almost everyone that rides the bike says within 10 seconds. These bikes are a blast. Plenty of power and quiet operation it’s a perfect combo to explore and cover more ground than you ever could before. I’ve already put 60 miles on mine and can’t wait to get out again. The customer service has been top notch also. I had quite a few questions before making the decision to buy. They were all answered thoroughly and quickly. Once I made the order, the bike was shipped out and delivered ahead of schedule. Upon delivery, everything was fine except the bell was broken in transport. The guys at M2S sent a new one out immediately for free, and answered a few more battery charging questions I had. Overall I am very impressed and would recommend M2S to anyone interested in an Ebike.

I do wish there was a better owners manual, but most of my questions are either easily answered by google or quickly answered by M2S.

Last thing, I wish I wouldn’t have been so dead set on having a throttle. I went with the hub drive because it had a throttle but the mid drive is probably the way to go. Pedaling is so easy I don’t use the throttle much and I would gladly trade it for the extra grunt that the mid drive has on the steeper uphills (I think).

Bought a 2nd bike for the Wife in Blue. The color just pops, wow. Great shipping again, received in 7 days. Old Dominion trucks lines is as good as it gets. Wife loves the 500 step thru frame. I had it together in about 10 minutes. Now my granddaughter wants one.

My buddy and each bought the 750 All Terrain to access our tree stands quickly, quietly and scent free. They are amazing. Batteries have stayed charged in 15 degree temps while in stand all day. A little dicey in cut bean fields and cut corn but no flat tires and no wipe outs. Anyone thinking about getting these for hunting it is a no brainer. Instead of a 20 minute walk in frigid temps we are back to the vehicle in a few minutes without disturbing the wildlife!

Part was shipped quickly, along with video on how to change the core. Dan and Eric very helpful in process of trouble shooting issue.

I just got back from an 18 mile ride and decided it was a good time to send in a review. I intended for the ride to be shorter than that but, as usual, I went by the house twice and headed back out again. Most of my riding, so far is around the neighborhood on paved streets and on desert trails. The area is hilly with some steep climbs so I wanted a bike that had plenty of power to get me where I wanted to go and back again. This bike does that, has all the options I wanted and a great price! I'm over 6' tall so I went with the optional adjustable stem so I could stretch out. I easily get over 40 miles per charge with plenty of battery to spare. The bike I wanted was in stock and delivered to me across the country in about 3 days. Assembly was pretty quick and easy, absolutely no surprises. The quality is excellent for the price and its been working without any issues for several weeks. I feel that I'm pretty much back where I was about 20 years ago, before the back surgeries, riding hard and fast without any pain. It feels really good!

Very impressed with the R750, would give it 4.5 stars. Have put a little more than a 100 miles on it. Brake and shifting components seems to be of high quality. Amazing power. Makes hills a breeze.. mostly using for pavement but every chance I get I take off trail. My only criticism is the weight which seems a little heavy but the bike is also very well made. I have been getting a average of 40 miles per charge. Beautiful bike, definitely turns heads! Thank you very much M2S for such a fun bike. It’s going to save a lot of trips to work alone in a car.

I have ridden some of the best mountain bikes on the market...the latest being a Specialized Fat Boy. Upon receiving my M2S 750, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the Frame and components. The directions for assembling the bike were easy to follow. I could not believe the effect of the powered assist. What a fantastic bike! I have shown the bike to a number of my mountain biking friends and they are intrigued as well. I am looking forward to many miles on back roads and trails here in western Montana. I rate this bike in superlative terms, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a power assisted mountain bike.
