140 miles in less than two weeks. Sooo much fun to ride !

EXCELLENT BIKE.

Did my research on which brand of E bike to buy. I chose Ms2 based on how tough the all terrain looks, most bikes within my budget have almost the same motor. I was concerned on what size to get, I went with the xl, about 20 min later I get an email from Ms2 about my measurements I told them 6 1 190, they told me the xl would be to big. They asked if they can change to a large, I agreed. Boy let me tell you I’m glad I did. It’s huge.
Riding is fun makes you feel stronger than you are, when rolling you hit the throttle and just hang on. At 28 miles per hour you don’t do anything with the peadles, at that point it’s to fast for me. Most of my riding is the peddle assit mode, it’s perfect. Overall I love it. You can’t go wrong.

Nice bike very fast......easy to use

Out of the box set up is a non issue. Very easy. First ride was a huge surprise. I couldn't believe what it was like to ride an E-bike. Super fun. I'm 47 and have a long history of cycling. That said, I have young kids and haven't had the 3-4 hours to go out on a nice 35-45 mile ride like I used to. Years go by and now I'm not in the shape I was as a youngster. This bike solved that problem and got me back out seeing and doing what I once loved so much. The bike is big, beefy, and absolutely fast enough. The fit and finish is excellent with little details that you'll appreciate once you have the bike. M2S has been excellent to deal with and responsive with questions. As a person with a history of cycling, I am comfortable working on bikes but I could use more videos or how tos to work on this bike. It would be great is M2S opened a private Owner/User Forum to post pics, ask questions, and offer support to fellow owners. All in all, shoot the lock off your wallet and click buy. It's worth the wait and in my humble opinion, these type of bikes are going to become super popular and prices will increase.

Received the bike from the freight carrier perfectly..this bike is a beast so far no issues.

Great bike. Riding on dirt 2 tracks and single tracks, Cross country ski and snowmobile trails. Fun bike plenty of power and great battery.

I was happy to receive my Kush about 3 weeks ago in excellent packing condition, and pleased to ride it the same day after charging. It performs as expected around town even though I dropped tire pressure considerably for off-road riding. I was really surprised/pleased how it performed riding a deep single track in the Pioneer Mountains, SW Montana: the power assist and big gushy tires were forgiving my shoddy steering! I will be doing a test ride soon and report via video.

This is probably the coolest thing I've ever bought! I love it.

The bike is amazing and fun to ride. I have bought 3 regular mountain bikes from trek and giant but my long hours at work made riding them difficult. Scene I bought my m2s 750 I have ridden every day but when it rains. I really like the financial options as well. The only problem is when the bike arrived and I un boxed it some component on the right handle bar was broken I think it was the bell or horn I don’t know for sure and it’s no big deal. I would eventually like to buy another bike from m2s in the future. My only fear is riding the bike far from home and getting a flat tire as Iam not used to changing them and where to get a tune up or get service on the bike should the need arrive.

Great bike but after the sale service needs some work.

We have put around 600 miles on these bikes since we got them. As the wife speaking, they are now one of our favorite activities. I found out I am a speed demon and love the feeling of riding 20 + mph. I love having the rechargeable battery and we have gotten a lot of comments on the bikes.

The medium low step bike was a little too tall for me and the seat was pretty uncomfortable. I ended up getting a bikearoo seat that is padded and wide... and was able to adjust the seat enough so I can easily get on and off and it is comfortable to ride bumps and all. Being 62, you have to have comfort! Many of my friends are too short for it to work for them. You really should have a small size bike in your arsenal.

We are wondering if you will be coming out with a 52 volt battery that will fit out bikes. They are slightly underpowered to get up some of the hills in our area. We need just a little more juice.

Another thing I would like to see is an easily loadable, affordable bike rack designed for these heavier bikes so we can travel with them.

My husband loves his bike too!

My display has stopped sensing the battery levels so it always looks like it is fully charged, any way to fix that. I ride with my husband and his works on his bike so we know, but it would be nice to have it work on mine.

My husband loves the videos that you keep putting out with repairs and upkeep, etc. Keep it up!

I have no more complaints, but a lot of praise for how sturdy the bike is,
how easy it was to put together, and how fun it is to ride. We would buy them again!

Its been 2 weeks since we received our M2S bike and so far so good my grandson loves it more each day

Pros: The bike is quality built and performs as described. It includes features not found on name-brand competitors at higher prices (e.g. suspension fork, hydraulic brakes, 750W motor). Assembly is a snap and only took about 30 minutes. The power-assist has given me the passion and confidence to ride longer and further than I ever have done on a traditional bike. I have let myself 'go' over the years and am a heavy man who, at this point, is intimidated by exercise even though I know to get off my butt. This bike has gotten me excited about doing just that. To be clear, there IS a cardio benefit to these bikes. I'm riding in the lowest or 2nd to lowest power setting and that is enough to give me a bit of a boost while still making me work. Instead of being completely spent after only a few miles, I keep going and going. All that said, the 750W motor is powerful, responsive and a lot of fun when you want to go really fast.

Cons: M2S scared me a bit after I made the purchase decision. Their resources are stretched paper-thin and as a result, their communication lacks quite a bit. A few emails inquiring on status went un-returned even though my credit card had been charged immediately. I did, eventually, receive a few emails within a couple of weeks and status was communicated effectively after that, all the way through to shipping. My bike arrived with a rear rack and tail light, which I didn't order and really don't want. It seems easy enough to take the rack off but the rear light is hard-wired to the control module and I'm hesitant to mess with that. Haven't decided what I'm going to do about that yet. The rear derailleur arrived terribly out of adjustment and I'm hesitant to attempt adjusting that myself. I would imagine that happened during shipping but is still a bit inconvenient as I'll be making a trip to a local bike store to fix. Not the end of the world. The only other con I see is a deficiency in braze-ons (water bottle mounts, etc). The bike design does not lend itself well to any braze-on locations other than the aforementioned rear rack, and I was able to find a velcro-mounted water bottle sleeve. Nevertheless, it's a bit inconvenient to have to find a work-around just to mount a water bottle cage. All-in-all, this is a small con and does not affect my long-term enjoyment of the bike.

If you're on the fence, get off and get on the road. Calm your nerves over the lack of communication from M2S after submitting your shopping cart and let the process move organically. Your bike will arrive and you'll be enjoying it in no time!

These bikes are so much fun and easy to ride. My wife and I are really pleased with the performance and quality of these bikes. I had a total hip replacement and this is just what I needed for exercise. Everything that they said about these bikes is spot on. Cant go wrong. Thanks for getting them out in a timely manner.

10 months 1800 miles and I love it.
