I absolutely love most of the AMPD products. The Pre-E gives me enough energy to get through my workouts without using stimulants. I have a digestive disorder and it has been difficult finding supplements, especially protein, that don't make me sick. The AMPD Vanilla protein is what I use and I absolutely love it. I use it in my morning smoothie along with beauty greens. I also mix with almond or pea milk for a post workout shake. The only product that I am having trouble tolerating is the Recover. I think it's just the smell and taste for me, nothing wrong with the actual product. Today I will mix the recharge and recover together to see if it is a little more palatable for me. I'm so excited for the AMPD Probiotic to come out!

AMPD PRO CACAO
I love the protein for cooking and mixing into smoothies. Its slightly too sweet for me to drink on its own, but the cacao and vanilla protein now gets added to everything. Oats, muffins, pancakes, even coffee.

PRE-E
I love the clean energy feel that this gives me and I love that I feel safe taking it while breastfeeding my son. It’s a great preworkout but I am only giving it 4 stars because the flavor is definitely awful. I will continue to take it because it’s the only product I found that I feel safe taking while nursing but I’ll just chug it to get it over with.

With so many products to choose from, it is hard to know which one is best. Finding nutritional support to compliment my training which is both clean and effective is my primary goal. This product came recommended by my coach and I couldn't be more pleased. All the products taste great, are easily incorporated into meal prep and provide the support I was looking for. I am almost out of the protein so will be reordering in the very near future. I would recommend this product to anyone.
