CORE FOUR BUNDLE
The AMPD products are great! The protein powder is a bit thicker than ones I've used in the past, but I just add a little more liquid. The only thing I was disappointed in was how long it took for my order to arrive via FedEx.

While I am gettin a good, healthy and non-jittery pump, the flavor isn’t my favorite with this product. I do enjoy the berry flavor from the Recover product better.

CORE FOUR BUNDLE
The four core is great! I had never tried any ampd products before so I wanted to try a little of what they have to offer. I can safely say that every item has become a staple in just a few days. It is great knowing that I can trust the quality of the brand and each product had immediate results on my energy levels without digestive issues.

AMPD PRO CACAO
Reeeeeeaaaaalllly love this . I made protein bites with this and it mixed in so smooth. It wasn’t gritty or chalky like other vegan powders I’ve used. I made a shake with it today and it was heavenly. I definitely recommend!

I really love it in my oatmeal, and have used it to bake! It is by far the best plant based protein I have ever used!

AMPD PRO CACAO (SALE)
Just started using this product. Love the taste and creamy smooth texture. Especially love that it only has 3 grams of carbs per serving!! Will be buying it again

AMPD PRO VANILLA
Feel really confident in buying this brand for quality of ingredients and health benefit, especially due to the credibility and knowledge via Amber Fokken. I didn't give all 5 stars due to the flavor be ok instead of yum. Its more likely just my needing to get used to a less sweet, more natural, plant-based flavor after being used to regular, artificially flavored whey protein.
