Fantastic product! If you are undecided about whether or not to buy these locks save yourself the time and effort of comparing them to the other products on the market and just buy them, you won't regret it. At first I didn't think that the magnets on the release Knobs were powerful enough to operate the latch through my kitchen cupboard doors. Then I realised that this was due to operator error and I was trying to use them with the cap on. Once rectified the locks worked perfectly and I could not be happier. I even received an email from the manufacturer, who I might add is a small family run business, asking if the locks were OK. Well in response to your email yes, yes they are! I have tried a number of different products and yours is the only one that has worked effectivly enough to warrant a rating. Thanks again.

Years ago, when my offspring was a toddler, we had child locks on various drawers and cupboards. They were the ones that would allow the drawer to open a few inches. Then you just reach in to release the catch so you can fully open the drawer/cupboard. Now I needed something similar to keep my new dog out of the kitchen cupboards he has worked out how to open. I considered getting the type I had before - but I don't like the idea that the door will open a few inches. This is sure to tempt him to keep trying. And he is clever/strong enough to succeed. Also there are some that go on the outside of a cupboard door (intended for fridges I think). These would be useless - he would just chew them off. So I really like the idea that there is nothing visible on the outside, and the door will not open at all until the magnet is applied. I looked on Amazon and saw these (which I eventually chose) plus various others that looked similar but different. One of the reviews for the other type said they do not work properly on their side - which is how I needed to place it in my under-sink cupboard. These ones work perfectly on their side or even upside-down. Also many reviews complain about weak glue. So I wanted ones with screw holes to be used if necessary. These had the holes & screws; others did not. (Although the glue seems very strong anyway, so I have not so far needed screws). I checked they would work through my cupboard doors before attaching them. At first the magnet seemed really weak. Then I realised it had some sort of (magnetic) holder attached. This was NOT at all obvious at first sight. When I removed it, the magnet was suddenly able to do its job. However my doors are only about 1.5cm thick. I don't think it would work through much thicker doors. There is quite a useful "applicator" to help you get the lock and latch lined up. It took just a few minutes to fit. There is about 1-2mm of play when the door is locked - a negligible amount. Nothing for the dog to get a grip on - so far he is stumped! Opening the doors is a piece of cake, although now requires two hands (one for the magnet, one for the door handle). One tip - do NOT pull on the handle until after you have released the lock. If you pull too soon the lock cannot release. Overall, a great solution. I would definitely recommend this brand because they work equally well upwards, sideways or downwards.

I bought these to prevent an accident at home with my little one. They actually look good & I've used them all around the house on various pieces of furniture. I couldnt believe how many I received in the box & still have some spare. Easy fitting with sticky backed plastic so you just peel the backing paper & stick down. They've been stuck down for a few days now & seem pretty solid but I also received spare stickers in the box too just in case. My 2 year old is at that height now where the table corner etc is at her eye level & I now feel more confident that if she does walk into any furniture very little damage will occur.

These locks are fantastic. Easy to fit, you can push the catch back to disable the child lock when the children are in bed and my little one cant move the cupboards at all with them on. Weve used them on our handless kitchen, bathroom cupboards and tv unit. I dont normally bother to leave a review but the seller has been so helpful when we needed extra magnets. Thank you so much.

To reduce the risk of my young baby hitting their head on a sharp corner, these are worth their weight in gold. However, the glue isn't particularly great. So do check that they're still in place regularly (once a week is fine) as young children can easily remove them. Also, if you need to stick them under a table, like we do, again the glue doesn't last forever. I'd imagine the somewhat weak glue is to make it easier to remove them and to not damage the item they're stuck to. *** Pros *** - Work as expected - Will reduce injury if someone falls onto them - A must for young children - Easy to fit - Easy to remove - No damage to tables / item *** Cons *** - Curious babies can remove them - The glue isn't particularly strong - Need to check that they're still in place

Really impressed with these. They took maybe 20 minutes to fit to the kitchen cupboards, but once done it's stopped our 'blessed' baby from trashing the kitchen.Then use one, of the two, handles provided and the door opens without issue. ProTip - place them in the same place on cupboards and drawers so that you always remember where the magnets are. *** Pros *** - Work as expected - Easy to fit, but takes time to consider placement - Easy to remove - Some spares included - Works on drawers and doors equally - Effective, not able to open without the magnet handle *** Cons *** - If you don't place the magnets in the same place, you'll forget and get frustrated finding it - especially when in a rush or holding something - Two handles was good, but I'd prefer more - Poorly aligned doors and drawers might take more time to set-up correctly

Received today and installed already! Very impressed, didn't realise they have a feature to keep the locks open when you don't need them, handy as my little one isn't even crawling yet, so when the time comes I just give then all a push and they'll be working perfectly!

These do the job well and even though they are big, because they are clear they don't look obvious. They have provided hours of entertainment for my little girl getting them off. Make sure you leave them for a while to bond otherwise little fingers and mouths will get them straight off.

Keep falling off. They/look great and thought/they would do the job but fixed and 2 days later half of them feel off.

I received these, fitted them in my kitchen and immediately ordered some more for the bathroom cupboards. They work well (even with my solid oak kitchen cupboards), and are exactly what I was hoping for, the cupboards are childproof without having to have anything visible on the outside. The little lock stickers are handy to let people know where to put the magnet in order to open the cupboard (although its more fun watching my husband trying to guess without them).

These items bought for use by a micro-charity in our local area. Excellent! Easy to fit and easy to use. No evidence of lock on the outside of cupboard doors so no invitation to try to open! Just what was needed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic product so so easy to fit and easy to follow instructions 10 drawers/cupboards took me 20 minutes if that to fit in our little girls bedroom so far so good no opening cupboards or drawers whilst in her bedroom fast efficient delivery service and brilliant company to deal with would definitely recommend and will almost certainly use the business again.

These are great as once fitted and the door/drawer is locked its impossible to open, even a teeny bit. No trapped fingers for little ones! Easy to fit; only a screwdriver required. Definitely takes some getting used to when adults go to retrieve something from inside and cant... then need to get a lock to access! It does become second nature eventually though. Were happy.

The installation is straightforward once you have got the hang of it. Advise to watch the online video for guidance as apposed to instruction manual. Otherwise, once installed it is great. At times the knob doesn't click with the lock right away but that's just because one is used to opening the draw/cupboard easily and now you need a knob to open it. Only suggestion for the product would be to somehow have the option to leave it unlocked when you want and at other times locked on closing the draw/cupboard. Just two cents, but not sure how they could do that ...

We have found since installing the magnetic locks really easy to use. You just place the magnet on the cupboard, where you had placed the lock inside and it just opens. At times i've forgotten that the cupboards have been locked and have accidentally tried opening them, then realized that i need the magnet! Very safe and easy to use, definitely recommend

Had to cut them down to fit a narrow drawer. Fail sometimes so have to open and close the drawer 20 times to make them work. Not sure are the other brand better in that sense. Otherwise they feel safe. Keep the drawer tightly shut so no danger for little fingers to get trapped and hurt

Very good prompt delivery. These were a little fiddly to fit inside a draw but once done I was very impressed. Little fingers can no longer pull the draw open to get at things that would go straight in his mouth. The release magnet is kept on a shelf handy to the draws & having a spare is kept in a safe place just in case the other goes missing. This product saves on eye saw fasteners across draws & cupboards like we had with our 1st grandchild & you wouldn't even know these are there. I would highly recommend.
