Service/Communication Poor
Verified Buyer
Custom Mosaic
The Mosaic I ordered is very nice however we had an issue with communication and the item was shipped to the wrong address even though I told them it was not going to my home address. They simply shipped it to the credit card billing address without asking for a shipping address. Once I saw this which was immediately after receiving the shipping email they failed to correct it and did nothing to fix their error. I then had to drive 1200 miles with the mosaic taking up all my trunk room. They didn’t even offer to pay for me to ship it to the correct address. Disappointing.

Eagle Ray
Never thought about a mosaic design in the bottom of the pool, but when I seen some of the designs, I knew when I had my pool done I definitely will do it. I have had so many compliments. My grand kids think it’s really cool. Very happy I had it done.

Crab
My zodiac sign is Cancer. I have an affection for crabs. When I saw this in a book I thought I’d order it and see what it looked like. It’s so beautiful. The colors matched perfect with my pool. It give just the perfect accent and is definitely a conversation piece for my pool. Kids love it! (Only my little niece was afraid of it at first haha). Highly highly recommend!!
