I ordered two tiles, one came quickly and the other after a couple of weeks delay (and a reminder call). But the phone rep was very nice and concerned that the order get fulfilled - nice recovery!

The charge for shipping 2 pieces of tile was excessive. I can only imagine if I bought a box. The tile is beautiful. Very nice product. Wayfair has free shipping of all their tile samples.

Placed sample order, partial shipment arrived. Within that shipment packaging indicated product was shipped-there wasn't anything in the package. After making phone call, found out that product was discontinued. The warehouse shipper indicated they mailed, charged me for sample but nothing was there. Several other product samples were never mailed yet I was charged and now trying to get refund for samples ordered but never shipped. Ugh
Really regular girl here, not wealthy-heard good things about company. It appears their warehouse support system is not quality. Has trouble shipping samples to customers-imagine issues shipping hundreds of square feet of tile.
Disappointed potential customer

Such a great experience working with Sal and Blue Water Pool Mosaics. I had a lot of questions before choosing the perfect tile for our gunite pool install. Sal guided me along the way and the process was smooth from start to finish. They have an awesome website with tons of tile to choose from (recommend ordering samples), Sal answered all my questions with explanations and confidence, and ordering and delivery was seamless. We love our pool tile and achieved the look we were going for…thanks so much for being a part of backyard renovation! Highly recommend!!

Other tile companies do not charge for samples. Took too long to ship.

Kitchen renovation in progress. In search of samples for a back splash to work with my Blue Sapphire Granite counter tops from Home Depot. I do believe I have found what I am seeking. The two strongest candidates are the Blu Glossy 6″ x 6″ (Sol Series) and the Cobalt Blue 3″ x 3″ (Harmony Series). Strongly leaning to the Blu Glossy 6 x 6. Blue is my favorite color, and I am a retired Navy Vet. Will be a short while before I am ready to purchase to finish off the project with the back splash though. The samples were accurate to the photos posted and the cost was good. Shipping was prompt too.
